I had the car parked for 2-3 weeks after, Massive trans fluid / power steering fluid leak. They worked on both, could have been either. I called back to see if they could readdress the issues that were just worked on. I was then explained that the previous owner had left and there was a new CA BAR number and they had no responsibility to repair it but they would look at it and possibly assist. So I towed it over and they proceeded to quote me 2500 more to fix the things they were supposed to fix previously. I don't know if these guys are working a scheme to get new owners in every couple years so they can't be sued. Its just a shame that they are the reason you have a hard time trusting repair shops. The give honest shops a bad name. Due your own research, make your own choice. But don't say I didn't try warning everyone.

Once he had our car taken apart, he had us trapped. The prices Rob promised kept going up, and the stories became more questionable. He miraculously found a low cost transmission in Sun Valley. He sent us to pick it up, which we see now was a set up. When we delivered it, he found it was damaged. Both he and the parts seller claimed we damaged it. It just got worse from there. Rob is a very charming guy, but a total scam artist. His real goal is to destroy your car and then offer to buy it dirt cheap. STAY AWAY.

Steve and his crew replced it in a couple of days. Left with it then suddenly the engine light went on. So they checked on it January. Replaced a sensor and adjusted idle. Still it came back on. After a couple of weeks they sent to a neighboring auto shop to check it out. The reason I point this out is that it was just coincidence that this engine light occurrence happened and they took the time to try to figure it out without billing me. In fact they were going to pay for the diagnostic check through the other mechanic. When I found out the occurrence was not related to transmission replacement I said don't let them pay for the diagnostic check I'd take care of it. They went above and beyond. Awesome service...

Took a lot of trouble shooting because it wasn't just the ABS module that had to be replaced, but also the right front caliper and the master brake cylinder. After that the car was back to normal. Steve kept me updated on what they were doing and made sure that the car was finally good to go.

We talked through the pricing and everything was beating what I was quoted from the dealership. First thing I noticed when I walked into their business was all his family photos. It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change. I will be bringing my car back to Nick moving forward.

They told me it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to finish, ended up only being 1 1/2 hours. They not only performed the services, but they also took the time to explain to me exactly what they did, and were happy to answer all of my questions. Marty worked on my car, and was very helpful and friendly! He explained to me that my AC unit would only need a recharge if it has a leak, and they added a dye to the Freon so when it leaks they will be able to find the leak. I liked them so much that I brought my Wife's car in a few days later. She had gone to a Valvoline to get her oil changed and steering fluid refilled, and ever since then her car would squeak loudly in a way that sounded like metal on metal scraping. It would happen when she brakes it, or even when she would turn the when it works start squeaking. I explained this over the phone, and Marty immediately knew that the Valvoline worker just accidentally got some oil on the belt. Marty looked under the car, and we were in and out of the car in about 15 minutes. Call them to make an appointment to make sure they have time, and they will get you back most issues quickly, and explain what they are planning to do, and will call you to let you know when they have updates. Very up front about their process and pricing.

I contacted him this morning because my 2020 MINI was having a serious shifter/transmission issue, and I was planning to have the car towed to his shop. Instead of simply asking me to bring the car in and charging me for the repair, John honestly told me not to tow it to him yet. He explained that this may be a known MINI issue and that there was a possibility the dealership could cover the repair. He even texted me the relevant service information and advised me to contact the MINI dealership first, which could potentially save me more than $2,000. I still do not know whether MINI will cover the repair, but that is not even the most important part. What truly touched me was that John put my best interests before making money. He could have easily accepted the repair job, but instead, he took the time to help me and guide me completely free of charge. It is rare to find a business owner who genuinely cares about people this much. Please support honest and kind people like John. The body and mechanics guys did a phenomenal job, it drives great and I paid a little extra to get the roof/hood painted separately from the insurance claim. The guys also did a great job powdercoating and refitting the new bull bar, in addition to the winch hookups, accessory lights, etc. Definitely not your standard job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Jesse for your patience as we waited a long time to get the bumper back. Best of all, a lifetime warranty on everything done! I checked tons of shops, from body shops to PDR places, and went through almost all their photos and reviews. David wasn't the cheapest quote I got, but the quality was absolutely worth it. He gave me two options: a lower‑cost quick fix, or the original quote for the most perfect repair possible. He sent Thomas out to work on my car, and Thomas was great -- super friendly, professional, and even texted me on the day of the appointment saying he could come earlier if I wanted. After hearing what happened, he even expressed sympathy and hoped next time someone would actually take responsibility. Thomas finished everything in about an hour and a half, and the result was basically perfect. He even offered me a lower price than the original quote because the repair went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't fully happy with was David's communication -- it would be nice if he spent a bit more time interacting with customers.
