This is actually my 2nd time here. Came here the 1st time & just had the pizza & it was absolutely amazing! Then when my Family wanted pizza recently, I recommended this place, they delivered it & it was perfection. Today, I sat in again. A small venue with it's own parking lot. Today I had the Penne Vodka & garlic bread. Wow!! Best I have had in a long time, especially the garlic bread. Service was surprisingly quick, & it has the typical Italian restaurant interior. Best pizzeria in the area! Their food has that authentic Italian touch you just don't get anymore! Pizza: 10/10 Delicious thin crust pizza, cheesy and tasty. Wings 9/10: were crunchy, saucy, the perfect amount of spicy and came out HOT! Salad 7/10: fresh chicken on the salad! Salad wasn't too saucy or cheesy but I liked it that way. Found this place while we were at Fannywood day and stopped in quickly for a snack. We sat outside and split an order of mozzarella sticks and they were so good! They came out super hot and they were very tasty. The service was so fast which was nice for a Sunday at a pretty busy time. We had Fabios's supply catering trays for a party this past weekend... Will definitely use them again in the future! Ronnie was so easy to deal with over the phone and they showed up on time with our order of penne vodka, chicken franchise, sausage and peppers, chicken tenders, order of broccoli... which had such a nice dose of fresh garlic, garlic knots, and multiple pizzas. From what I saw on the pizza box, the pizza was ordered from there. Unfortunately, it did not hold its shape on taking out of the box. It litterely folded in half , appears cheese slid off the pizza. Fabio's is a delicious location that suffers solely from poor operations management. There's no telling if you'll get your delivery or pickup on time, ahead of schedule, or long beyond the stated time. In fact, the inconsistency is a running joke in the town - Any delays or inconveniences around the area are typically blamed on Fabio's (e.g., traffic, bad weather) But there's a reason everyone in town is willing to play order-out roulette with Fabio's so often - it really is delicious. I've had subs, strombolis, pizza, and pasta, and it's all great. The pizza is some of my favorite in the area, especially their "works" pie, which has a ton of flavor. The subs are hearty and a good change of pace from the pizza routine. My wife swears by the Buffalo chicken stromboli, always complimenting how much chicken is included. You should go to Fabio's, especially on a day where timing doesn't matter. But even if they swing and miss, leaving you waiting an extra hour for your pizza pie, you'll be back. We've ordered there a few times and it's just a good solid go to place for pizza pasta chicken .Prices are very reasonable and everybody that works there seems incredibly happy which helps. it really does feel like a neighborhood place. The food is Always fresh and on time. However, on Friday's, you have to place your order early because it's their busiest day.

There is no way I'm the only one in this town that has an issue with the woman who takes the orders over the phone...why is there always an echo, why is she screwing up every time, like she is trying to not get the order right? What is the deal????? This isn't about the food, the pies and everything is great...but the women who takes the orders has consistently screwed up our order every time they are taken. Even when she tries to repeat it back, you correct her, and she still messes it up....I don't understand what her deal is, and I can no longer order from this place through her. I don't even think that the orders are taken at the actual restaurant, it's a call service I believe, which is even weirder??? Call and ask the lady where your order is, and she gives some dumb excuse, or lies sometimes and says it on its way... GET RID OF THIS CALL SERVICE! read more

This is my families go-to pizza place. I order from here once a week. We order a scheduled pickup every time, and I never have to wait. The order is always correct. The food is very good and the owner has always been nothing but nice to myself and my girls. He spoils them with ices all of the time, which I guess is both good and bad. Wanted so badly to support this local business. Had a horrible experience on Halloween and vowed to never go back. In spite of ourselves, we decided to give them another shot yesterday. Ordered online through Slice. Quoted 45 min delivery. Get another email, delivery goes up to an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, called Fabio's, waited on hold, and was bounced around before learning that our order was being packaged and sent out then. Fine. 15 minutes later, order arrives. Pizza ($20) arrives with the cheese all fallen to one side. Some slices have no cheese, others are swamped in it. Mozzarella sticks appear barely cooked. Cold inside, maybe lukewarm outside. Cheese is firm and not melted in the slightest. Caesar salad (8.25) is a bowl full of yellowed and browning lettuce and dressing - that's it. No croutons or cheese to begin to justify the price tag. Worst par!t? Called Fabio's to try to discuss my issues last night before writing a reviewing and swearing off the restaurant for good. Owner was incredibly rude. 90 minute wait time on Friday is "normal" -- interesting that this was not communicated at all. Cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain my experience. Salad could not have been brown, he said. Curious, because IT WAS. Customer service and appreciation is SO important and this owner clearly had no interest in hearing me. With so many good pizza options in the area and so many lovely business owners who are appreciative of their customers, don't give your money to this place, please. read more

Amazing ! Right from the door i got my food on time & nothing but friendly service from the door. I got the Sicilian Chicken Wrap w/ fries ( cheat day) & it was worth it. The wrap was great ! Still a healthy choice lol it had spinach , well breaded chicken breast & ozzzy mozzarella melted off a plain wrap. This is my #1 go when I'm in the area. Fabio's food is, as most Fanwoodians know, amazing. To better enjoy the food--and keep wait times down for pickups--skip the Slice app and just call or go into the restaurant. We ordered a pizza yesterday via Slice, at 5:50 pm. The app said the pizza would be ready at 6:15, which would have been awesome. However, when my husband arrived at 6:15 to pick up the pizza, it hadn't even been made. In the time it took for our pizza to be prepared and baked, someone else came into the restaurant, placed an order, and received their food before my husband. I don't think this was personal, just a disconnect between Slice and Fabio's. That being said, during a pandemic, people want to limit their time inside enclosed spaces. The manager did offer my husband some free soda as a compensation, but my husband wanted to get out of there, not get a free beverage. So, if you want to order from Fabio's (and you should!), definitely skip the app and deal with the restaurant directly. BTW, the pizza was delicious, just late. read more

Best pizza in Fanwood! My husband loves the chicken parm pizza and I always order the Brooklyn slice. Only giving them 4 stars because they seem to have a hard time keeping track of orders at busy times (like Friday nights). The wait tends to be quite long if you don't call it in by 5. Make sure you give them your name or your order could be forgotten. Great pizza though! read more
