UPDATE BELOW…read more Prices are okay, people are friendly, work's okay...that's the problem. At $100/hour okay isn't good enough. Took three hours to diagnose and correct existing speakers and install two new ones, okayfine, these guys are pros and highly reviewed. Get in the truck the next night...no interior lights, no head lights, no dash lights. Nothing. We missed that appointment. I called and left a message, irritated as you might expect, thinking I would get a call back as soon as the opened. Well, at noon the next day, I give another call, "oh sure, bring it in, we'll have a look". So I drive from Dallas back to Arlington. Guess what, install tech FORGOT to reconnect the switch panel! What if my wife had taken it and got stranded?! My compensation? "Sorry dude". Maybe you all should brush up on you service recover techniques, because 30 seconds of getting it all wrong, negates 3 hours of getting it all right. I could have been speading the word about how great you are like so many others, instead I'm stuck feeling cheated and telling this story...
