The mechanical part: the water pressure is great. The vacuums work well and the force isn't weak. The hoses are maintained and none are broken or taped. The customer service : Like I mentioned, the manager is awesome. He is friendly and always smiling. He also takes time to st hello and even hold a conversation. i decided to try this place out after getting tired of the car wash across the street and a little…read morefurther south of them that would charge nearly the same price for a drive thru car wash with people that don't clean the inside very well but almost beg for a tip. this place was awesome!!! they cleaned my ford mustang to perfection inside and out! and they only charge 35.00. it didn't take long at all, maybe 40 mminutes. just enough time to go next door to the valero get a snack/drink and go sit under the tree where there are chairs placed for customers to rest while you're car gets an a+ cleaning!! i tipped these guys plenty and they now have 2 extremely happy regular customers, me snd my better half!! they are way better than carwash across street from them and charge nearly the same for hands on detailing compared to a machine drive thru!!

This has to be the best Mister Car Wash location I've been to. The first attendant you see greets…read moreyou with a smile and gives you a thumbs up to enter. The next person directs you with a smile and gives you a thumbs up when your vehicle has aligned appropriately. The drying and vacuuming station is amazingly big! The vacuums remain on and placed in a receptacle (sorry don't know the proper name for it). There's no on and off switch. The garbage can is above ground and perfectly welded onto the large pole that the vacuum is attached to. Neat place...check it out!

When I brought it up they tried to deny it saying that it was preexisting damage but whenever I confronted them saying that it was not, then they backpedaled and told me it was because they used a high pressure air machine to clean but it was missing a nozzle. They tried to get my information saying that the owner will call me but when I asked for the owner number they just gave me their office number. I never received a call and when I called the number they gave me nobody answered. They said that they were going to fix the damages but now they aren't answering the phone

These specialized coasters in my car went missing. I realized as soon as I made it home, not 15 mins later, and called. The attendant said to come back and she'd give them to me. I went back and they couldn't find them anywhere. They said they were going to look in the trash and call at the end of the day. Well, it's mid next day and no call. I will not be back!

Just visited this place for the first time today. These guys were awesome! Even though they were…read moreslammed they squeezed me in. I just recently purchased a 2011 Lexus that was in great condition but needed some tlc. When they were done with it it looked like it just rolled off of the showroom floor. Their hand waxing got most of the surface scratches and (etched in) water spots out. The interior also looked and smelled brand new when they were done. Give these guys your business. You will not regret it!
