When you go into an automatic car wash, you have to acknowledge that there are going to be some scratches. It's something that comes with the convenience of doing it and if you don't want any scratches on your car, don't go to an automatic car wash, that being said, the scratches in squirrel marks that people complain about are very minimal and I've always had a really good experience with customer service at Mister Car Wash and especially at this place. I had an issue with the one in Pima where my car sticker wasn't matching up and was causing all kinds of issues for another car on my account and I came here and they fixed it quickly and I never had another complaint about Mister Car Wash after that I do think it can be a bit expensive at times when you're not using it but if you wash your car every day even more than twice a month, the membership makes up for itself. This is a great place and I would like to see more built in Pasadena. read more

Never gets the car clean for $30+ Vacuums are clogged, and sometimes the attendants stand at your window and tap the screen you can do for yourself. This time the attendant grabbed my card, and said "tip"? To which I responded "huh"? And he said "how about $3" being the highest option. He tapped the tip screen, tossed my card and walked away. What? Why are you choosing your own tip for a self-service car wash and not even giving me the option? Thats just theft. If you're looking for the best car wash you've ever had, Mister Car Wash is NOT for you... but I give them 5 stars because for $19.99/month, you can sit in the comfort of your own car while it gets washed as many times as you please. It's a machine, which obviously has its flaws... so it's not going to clean every nook and cranny of your vehicle. The job, however, gets done. There are three lines that feed into one making it pretty quick, and if you have a "fast pass" you can go through any line. I don't think it's necessarily quicker as you still have to wait your turn, but one of the three lines is dedicated to people who have said pass... so I guess that helps. They also have high power vacuums that you can stop at after your wash and use to your heart's content. Whether you need to vacuum out your little two seater that nobody is ever allowed to eat or drink in, or you need to vacuum out your mini van that you tote your 6 Cheerio-munching kids around in. You can get it all! I've also seen a car mat cleaner, that I admittedly have never used. So I can't comment on that, other than to say... it's there. As someone who washes my vehicle multiple times a week, I can honestly say WORTH IT! read more

Tesla pals this is not the car wash for us :( My white model 3 got dirty water on it after a rainy drive on 45, so I came home and drove it through this car wash. The grill area was still completely brown and dirty, along with spots on the doors and the trunk of my car after washing. Went home and used a spritz of my chemical guys cleaner and with one swipe of a microfiber the dirt came off. I don't think the wash machines can follow the body lines well. The 5 minute drive to Rich's up Space Center is worth it if you truly want your car clean :)) read more

At only 19.99 a month, my car gets washed as many times as I want. VIP status too! I get in before the non VIP Car. It's not the best car wash, but if I don't have to get out of my car to wash it, I feel diva-ish! You get the free vacuum with the car wash. Sadly, you have to do it yourself. This is why I had kids. We have the unlimited package and it's a really good deal. For $20/month I get unlimited washes. I only gave it 3 stars because the service is inconsistent each time I go. Sometimes they scrub the back and/or front of the car and sometimes they don't. Today the guy did it to the car in front of me and then he got on his cell phone and didn't do mine. There is a really nice lady that works there and it's much better when she is on shift. She stays at the booth and helps each customer check out faster. read more

I go often and get a basic wash. Went specifically this time to get the undercarriage cleaned because I had been on the beach. After paying for the $12 that includes an undercarriage cleaning, I found the underneath completely dry after the wash was complete. This is the most INEFFICIENT use of space I have ever seen. In desperate need of a car cleansing, I Google to find the closest location to get a wash. I am skeptical at the onset, as there seemed to be multiple lines all merging into one. By the time I realized what I had driven into, it was too late. So I sat for the next 10 minutes waiting to drive through to get a subpar wash. I opted for the $12 package, which included a tire cleanse. My tires were cleaner than before I entered, but still not as clean as some other car washes I frequented. The back area of my car still held some dirt, so yeah. The card system seemed to puzzle most of the customers as everyone was taking FOREVER to select services and pay. This place used to be better, but I feel that it is not being well-maintained. We paid $17 for their "best" wash. The guys with the large brushes missed large areas of our vehicle, and there were a number of nozzles that were just spitting small amount of water. As we were driving off, we noticed the truck that had gone through before us was still covered in soap suds after going through the wash. When we got to our destination, we noticed dried soap spots all over our SUV which means the soap didn't get washed off our vehicle, either. I took my other vehicle down to road and paid $6 at a car wash on Spencer and got a wash that was 10 times better. Spend the money to maintain the equipment, and train your workers. read more

Finished my vacuum service and car wash still not available . Came next day and got car wash I had prepaid for as representative could not figure out how to give me refund through her tablet . Line moves quick... only thing is the water they use leaves your car with nasty, greasy smudge marks all over. Very difficult to clean using cloths. I probably wouldn't get a membership here. Only reason I use this location is cause it's on my way home. read more
