I love this place. I have a monthly subscription and it is worth it because I can come whenever I want for a car wash and I never have to leave my car. I go through the drive thru, they have a sensor that recognizes your car and let's you in and boom your car is being washed. After being washed they have a little vacuum area to give your car a good inside clean too. Ever since becoming a member my car has been the cleanest it has ever been. Love love love coming here. I wish they had more locations closer to me. Closet is 15 minutes, but I do have car washes that is closer but I'll make the drive to quick quack cause it's worth it ! read more

I bought a membership to this place and on my second wash their they placed us too close and the wash malfunctioned and crashed my truck into another truck went for a quick wash and revived my first ever wreck in a car wash.The staff was very inexperienced and responded by telling me it's not that bad and then explains to me how I could knock the damage repair out myself when I get home. Spoke to management and corporate and in the end got the run around and pretty much got told good luck well look into it and follow up with you. In the end canceled that membership and did the one thing I controlled went somewhere else with my business. Would definitely not recommend this location at all. read more

I thought this was the next greatest thing for keeping my truck clean.. for a few months it did great, but if something goes wrong be prepared for Quick Quack to blame you for their machines wrong doing. After using the car wash and receiving a scratch all the way down the side of my truck. I reached out to see if they would check cameras for proof of damage and finding out the process repairing the scratch. After speaking with the manager I was told their cameras "do not actually pick up that type of footage", so it "most likely" wasn't caused by their wash and they won't be covering it. Pretty disappointing to find out those cameras are just for show. After being a member for many months, I'll be cancelling my membership and warning people about this car wash and their policies. read more

This company had a grand opening promotion where customers were lied to about the cost of membership. They are aware of it but still will not refund the overcharges. First, it was going to be $15 per month for two cars. They drafted $41.99 from my account. I went on their web site and removed the second car but couldn't find how to cancel altogether. I thought I would try the $21.99 for one can and see if I liked it. They charged me a second $41.99 this week. Really!?! I told them about the fraud and asked them to remove the second charge and we would part ways. They said they couldn't (wouldn't) They need 10 prior notice. Hmm, they have a policy that they firmly adhere to when it suits them but no policy against lying to customers and falsely luring them into a membership. They are a bad duck! Mason K. We advertised all of our grand opening promotions in print, social media, and ads as a "first month offer" with a disclaimer that pricing returns to normal the second month. So here he says all promotion "first month offers" are advertised in print, social media etc. with the disclaimer that normal pricing returns after the first month. I went thru the drive thru and talked with the person working there who told me $10 per month for one car, and $5 per month extra for the second car. I didn't see and advertising...I went there. And, I DID NOT get a first month promotion price at all. When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, which includes our cancellation instructions and policies. We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference - which would notify you of the increased cost for the second month. Our terms and also available for viewing on our website. We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies. I'm still looking for that welcome email. I wasn't notified of "the increased cost either...just charged $41.99 right off. Not $15 as promised. As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at info@dontdrivedirty.com or by phone at 888-772-2792." When I saw the $41.99 draft on my bank account I went to their website. There's no easy way to navigate to any place to cancel your membership. I did find a place to remove the second car...so I did. So he apologizes BUT, will not take off the second $41.99. I'm being generous to go ahead and pay the first $41.99 but I think it's completely fair to have the second charge credited. Frankly, they should credit both but I'm willing to walk away with the second charge credited. He refers to their policy and terms of service... I wonder what their policy and terms of service say about lying to get people to sign up. What does the terms of service say about committing fraud during a sign up negotiation. Also, if we are entering a contract invoking this "terms of service" agreement, wouldn't the fraudulent deception committed by the company negate this contract? Well Anthony tried to pressure me to get your membership, kept asking me why not, then I told him I don't come here often enough, I asked for the $ 12.99 wash, gave him $ 15.00, told him I wanted change, took 3 (three) tries to get my change, then as I am trying to put my change In my purse he kept saying move on, then the smart person he Is told me, hope you have a better day, still telling me move on. I understand these young kids think they should not have to work, well guess what you do. His attitude sucks, If this Is what represents your company, well that's sad, I'm retired, I have all the time to let people know not to deal with your car wash. word of mouth travels faster than any advertising. The car wash took off my wife's front license plate!!! They don't even have a direct number to their facility so if you have any issues you have to call their 1888 number. The people that answer the phones there suck too. They told me if I had any problems I'd have to drive back up there and see if they had my wife's license plate still Or they could put in a request for them to contact me back within a few days.
