Although well-reviewed on Yelp, we were sorely disappointed! First time ordering, were promised delivery in under an hour. Over an hour & 20 minutes later, still no food. Location only 10 minutes away, tops. Pizza was lukewarm, lacked the extra cheese requested & mediocre crust. Eggplant Parm dinner was awful, all breaking, very little eggplant & mostly spaghetti. Definitely not worth waiting for, especially when calling to inquire as to the whereabouts of our order we were given a perfunctory, "uh, sorry". Will not be ordering from them ever. read more

Good thin crust pizza! Only snag was that it took a long time for someone to bring menus to our table and take drink orders. The group at the table next to us recommended any pizza on the menu... we got the special and margherita. As a pizza minimalist, I preferred the margherita. read more

Absolutely horrible... Asked for a tomato pie and I received a dried out, week old looking "thing". Took the pie back, and the owners son ask's "what's wrong with it? It's a tomato pie!" This place has been consistently good throughout my 14 years living in Lambertville, and I'm really going to miss it when I move. Pizza is hands down the best in Lambertville, and there's a lot of competition. The specialty pizzas are the way to go. Cheesesteak and BBQ chicken especially. Buffalo chicken and Mexican are also good. If you don't want a special pie, their meatball pizza is awesome. If you want something else, the cheesesteaks are a good choice. Burgers are generally good (though to be fair, not 100 percent of the time.) Spaghetti and meatballs is superb. And their hoagies are good and fresh. So good. Wipes the floor with Cantanzateri's and Giuseppe's. read more

We got wings there a long time ago that were big and meaty...a good size wing you could bite into and enjoy. We ordered wings the other night wanting something different and we were VERY Disappointed, They were so small - there was no meat on them!! For the price there should have several chickens that came with the order!! Won't order them again...talk about cutting cost for profit! read more

The restaurant is okay, but the dining room is tiny, cold, and dark. The bathroom is upstairs in a dark room with a nice view of Route 609.

I would say that this is the best pizza I've had thus far in the New Hope/Lambertville area. Having moved here about 7 months ago, we've been on the search and glad we found Nicola's. Of course this is not the fanciest place and is more of a whole in the wall, but I honestly don't care about that when it comes to pizza. The first time we ordered, we got a buffalo chicken pizza and philly cheese steak. When we got it home after picking it up, we noticed there seemed to be some key ingredients missing (blue cheese on the buffalo and cheese on the philly cheese steak). We called them and they were very apologetic and offered us 2 free pies. We took them up on the offer and those pies were perfect, very good! We've since been back a couple times and even had a big order delivered to our home in New Hope. Even though they say they only deliver in Lambertville, I was happy they agreed to deliver for us in New Hope. Good customer service and good pizza. They have a loyal customer now! read more
