Anyhow after trying another very well rated dentist in Burbank last year My family and myself were still on the hunt for a new dentist. Let's face it, you do not need to have 4 teeth completely replaced just because they had previous repair work. After another deep internet dive I came across BB Dental and had to double and triple check because there was nothing less than a 5 star review anywhere. I must say, well deserved! So far I have been three times in short accord, my wife once and my daughter's are going this week. Dr Bryanna Hubbard is exactly the dentist we have been wanting since our dentist retired years ago. The office staff was ALL very friendly and just great! I saw Dr. B twice, amazing both times and Dr. Chamberlain once to have a cap prep started that I've needed for two years but didnt want the others to do. Long story short, Initial visit with Dr B was as good as it can be. Had a great cleaning which the technique was very pleasant, performed by Dr B herself. Next visit was for cap prep with Dr C and that all went great with a temporary cap in place before I left. My own fault this next part as I was warned about the temporary cap (don't pull the floss up). Anyhow I did pull the floss up and I popped the temporary off. Anyhow called first thing in am and had a new one out on by Dr B at noon. Of course that went very quick and I'll be carefully until I go back and get the permanent tooth in when it arrives. Anyhow three visits and three 5 stars from me. BTW the billing and cost is as it should be. The last couple like to creative bill and create flat out of pocket amounts for a procedure my insurance mostly pays for. No good. None of that with this office. They even charged me less for the capthan quoted after insurance of course since Dr C said I didn't need something done prepoing for the cap after starting the process! This is my new family Dentist and anyone else that asks I will refer to.

And I have been returning to see her ever since. Dr Bryanna is kind, caring, gentle, and extremely skilled at Dentistry. She is also extremely present and truly takes the time to answer any and all questions. Her staff handles themselves with the same level of professionalism. The office has very appealing hours (open at 8am / on Saturdays) which helps me because I do not have to call off work to get a cleaning done. I would recommended BB Dental to quite literally anyone.

I came here on a recommendation through word of mouth (no pun intended) and some Yelp reviews. This office actually addresses the problems and does not pass judgement, no matter how bad your chompers are. I've had other Burbank dental offices read me the riot act and then justify their expensive procedures. This dental office actually gets to the heart of the problem and will work with your comfort level instead of being "pushy". They will address your needs and give you options on how you want to go about it. Honesty is important here. They are all about preserving your smile. Every experience I've had here is phenomenal. I never saw Dr Lilly he sold his practice to Dr Park she kept the name. All the good reviews are really old! Dr Park has a young man working there named dr Jeffrey Zhao he cracked & destroyed my molar! My molar had a tiny sharp spot on the very top of my tooth where a tiny piece of my filling chipped off. I asked if dr Park could look at it. She sent Dr Jeffrey Zhao in to look at it after a Xray of the molar. I had never seen him before I had only gone to this office for 2 years. I had 2 cleanings & 1 filling by a Dr Liu that was great but is no longer there. Dr Zhao said my filling was still in good condition & close to my root to leave it alone or I'd need a root canal. So I asked him to just file the tiny sharp edge. He destroyed my molar he drilled it all the way down on 1 side like he was going to do a filling! WHY? Now it's hurting! I went to another dentist they said Dr Park's office missed a very obvious cavity on my X-rays only X-rays they have on file from 2024 & I need a Root Canal now cuz Zhao cracked my tooth by drilling it to far down! Costing me $2,500. a lot of pain & missed work! Dr Park wouldn't even see me after Zhao destroyed my tooth & she denied he ruined it!! She never saw it! They don't stand behind their work after they ruin your teeth!! I DO NOT Recommend!! I will Never let a young person do dental work on me again!!!

Dr. McKay has the best "bedside manner" of any Dentist i have ever met. While he is genuinely kind & caring he is equally an excellent Dentist and if you know me, i don't say that lightly. I have been his patient for 4 years now as are my adult children. Collectively we have had many procedures and some with sedation. The staff are also very attentive, kind & caring. We have a cleaning every 4 months by Christina and we all love her too! While i don't know everyone's name, i would like to also say a special thank you to Claudia, Matilda, Karina & Nikki for always going above & beyond to make everything calm for those of us that have such anxiety about going to the Dentist. My son is now utilizing invisalign and they couldn't be more patient & helpful with him... I really can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. McKay & his team.. they really are the BEST!

Dr Mckay also did two crowns for me to cover the teeth that had the root canals done to them. The crowns were too big for my mouth and Dr Mckay had to redo the crowns at his own expense. I would not recommend Dr Mckay. I felt as though he was always trying to spend my insurance money and I felt as though he was always trying to upsell me.He should've never done my root canals. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Martha was able to get my mom in ASAP. At the dental office, everyone was extremely patient and caring with my mom. Martha came to personally greet my mom and worked with her to get her the best pricing since she was paying out of pocket. The dentist was very kind and welcoming and really put my mother at ease with her dental emergency.
