I've been happily seeing Dr. Ruiz for over 5 years and have felt really safe with him. He tries to preserve the natural tooth and not go below the gum unless absolutely necessary. He's been out of the office more so I was nervous to see anyone new here but recently saw hygienist, Yudeisy, and dentist, Dr Kim. They were both gentle with my sensitive teeth, and had a great bedside manner. Kind of essential for people whose hands are in your mouth, right? Dr Ruiz in Burbank ruined my mouth. He pulled a healthy tooth and replaced it with an implant, destroying my upper mouth. When he pulled my healthy tooth, he took with it, healthy bone tissue out of my upper mouth. I now need a bone graft. He is a heartless man with no sense of decency, pulling teeth needlessly. This is honestly the first dental office I have NEVER been nervous to visit. Right away I felt at home here. The scheduling for a new patient was seamless and the staff were beyond competent and pleasant to engage with. My exam with Dr. Cohen was thorough and the whole team checked in with me all along the way to insure I was comfortable. I am suffering with chronic TMJ and was referred straight to Dr. Ruiz. There was no wait to be seen which is great for such an admirable specialist. Although I am early into my treatment, I have faith in Dr. Ruiz and his colleagues to help improve my symptoms.
