***Exactly what you want*** I've used Nicolette's services for my kids when they were younger, for graduations pics, and for my wedding! She's a PERFECT match for any occasion that you want photos for. When you are being photographed you want someone who is creative, yet calming for you to get the best out of you and your kids, and she's all of that and more! For my engagement pictures she took the time to get to know us, and knew exactly how to take the edge off my hubby who doesn't like to be photographed. She knew how to engage my teens, who can be a handful trying to all get to smile and actually enjoy being with their family taking photos. Moreover, and most importantly, she is a great photographer! Her style and techniques are exactly what we were looking for. You can tell she takes great joy in what she is doing. This is key and shows in her work. Above all, she's a professional. You don't have to work you will get left with no photos, bad photos, or anything in between, which is the experience my sister had with her photographer.

I had to make a gallery wall in our home to showcase all the great photos! Thanks again, so much! Thank you for taking the time during the holidays. Thank you for making our family feel so comfortable! If you're looking for a photographer who you can come back to time and time again for a just because or special occasion, Nicolette can handle it all! Her style is timeless and will leave you with cherished photos for years to come.

I wanted a photographer to do a senior photo session for my daughter as well as family photos. From start to finish, Nicolette was AMAZING! All communication from inquiry, to setting our date and location and signing our contract was efficient and easy. Nicolette suggested the perfect location and the photos turned out exactly as I wanted! No one in my family is very comfortable in front of a camera, and she was so personable and easy to work with, that everyone was relaxed and the photos all look so beautiful and natural. I am recommending Nicolette to all of my friends, and will definitely return to her the next time we need photos.

    An amazing photo !

Nicolette is an amazing photographer and I booked her for my graduation photoshoot! She did a great of putting my at ease since I really don't do photoshoots. Setting up the shoot location and date was a breeze. Nicolette was very quick to respond to any questions I had. During the photo shoot, she did a great job of incorporating any ideas or suggestions I had. The photos she took were gorgeous! Nicolette is definitely the person to hire to capture your life and any major life milestones.

Nicolette is unbelievably talented & professional. My husband & I had the honor of doing a mini holiday shoot with her & we were so pleased with the whole experience. From setting up the appointment to picking out the final products Nicolette makes the experience hassle free. During the photo session she made us feel comfortable & she boosted our egos for sure I left feeling like a super model. Nicolette has an eye for placement & lighting. So any pictures she takes have something special to them. If you are looking for a wonderful photographer & amazing pictures set up an appointment with Nicolette she will not disappoint!

Beautiful work !! She took her time with my daughters newborn photos. It is very hard to work with newborns but Nicolette did amazing! She made sure that the pictures came out perfect and they definitely did! Can't wait for more events to use her in the future!!

Nicolette is amazing! She really pays attention to detail and gets the little things to really make your photos stand out. My now husband and I had our engagement photos and wedding photos taken by Nicolette. I am writing this review before seeing the wedding photos but after seeing her work with our engagement photos, I have no doubt they will be amazing. For someone who is not photogenic, Nicolette really tries to make you feel comfortable during photo sessions and doesn't push you to do anything you don't want to. She is very patient and kind and I know we will use her again in the future. Nicolette, you are wonderful! Thank you for helping us create these special memories with us and we will see you soon!

Daddy for the 1st time... priceless.

I'm so thankful that she was recommended to me and I will be calling her AGAIN soon and this is why I recommend her to you Yelpers!

Are the prices resonable for graduation pictures?

I thought so. Especially considering the package through the school (official senior yearbook portraits) cost more for far less photos.

Truth be told....I write this with a bit of a tear in my eye....not to get too melodramatic over a…read moreyelp review....but pictures...when done perfect and if your in a particular sentimental mood....can have that effect. Some backstory...Imagix/Michelle has done our yearly photos for our son from ages 1 to now 5. (See my past reviews). From somehow capturing a perfect moment from our perpetually moving blur of a son (ages 1-3) to patiently instructing four 70/80 year olds on how to hold their aforementioned 4 year old Tasmanian Devil grandson last year, Michelle is a magician/artist...I always leave the photoshoot stressed from the chaos Hurricane Daniel (our son) leaves in his wake....But every year we come back to look at the proofs and are amazed at Michelle ability to capture "lighting in a bottle" . This year was no different. Fortunately we survived the terrible 2's (...3's....4's....) and thanks to time, maturity, and the opposite of gentle parenting, our little Daniel, though far from perfect, is manageable. But we didn't want to make it too easy for Michelle, so we threw in another variable. After a recent canine cancer scare, and recently learning from Google that all dogs, however loyal and cute, unfortunately have an inescapable life, span, I somehow convinced my beautiful but camera shy wife that this is the year we do a family photo with our dog. Some more backstory, if you read this far, our Yorkie, Libby, loves us but HATES the rest of the world. She spent the entire hour photoshoot in perpetual scowl and Volume 11 non stop bark. One week later as she always does, lighting in a bottle perfection. I looked at the proofs with amazement. Our son, we expected....she's done it every year, but how she made a loud perpetual yapping bark into a impossibly cute smile is above my skill set. But I think her greatest feat is how she lessened the "he must be rich" looks gap between my wife and I. My wife is easy, even me with my amateur Android skills, it's hard for her to take a bad picture. Michelle mastery came with how she elevated me to "he must be funny" looks gap level. So why the tear? We loved one of the pics so much we purchased a large framed canvas print to hang on our living room wall. My 85 year old happened to be in town for his grandsons 5th bday so I asked him for an helping hand hanging the picture. I figured he has these family portrait hanging at my childhood home. My brother and I with our full head of hair and my mom shoulder pads captured the 90's to a tee...but what I always remember is the "proud" look my dad had on his face. A look of accomplishment shouting "look at me world and all that I love and created". Watching my aging dad struggle, listing to my aging dog bark in a locked room to protect my dad's ankles, I was suddenly reminded that time, as much as you want to hit pause, always moves forward. It's a good idea to stop and smell the roses, or in this case, look at the snapshot/memories/moments and take it all in. After my dad handed me the leveler and I put away the hammer, and I looked up....and yeah....I had that "Dad" look

The process was super simple. You can make a reservation, but we just walked in without any issues. We did the white background setup for 15 minutes, which was perfect and definitely a must if you're taking photos with little kids. You know a photographer seriously wants to capture the best pictures of your baby if they want you…read moreto come back when baby is fed, well slept, and happy. For some reason things just didn't align well with my baby's naps and feedings that day so it was hard to manage a tired baby but they managed to get real good photos of my baby and the family. My baby didn't really smile much yet but they were still able to get smiling pictures of her too. Very professional and works so hard to get the best pictures. I was truly grateful for this studio and loved my experience. Also the picture quality was amazing!! The backgrounds were cute and the clothes were so adorable too!! The price point is reasonable and I'd say cheaper than some others for a better quality. I think the turn around time to receive the photos were faster than we expected too. Truly appreciate working with this photographer. He really seems to love what he does and we are blessed with these amazing photos!!! Couple things to note/tips: 1. Go when your baby can smile. Yes after their neck strength gets way better too. My baby still can't really smile yet and she's 4 months old. I really wanted to push having 100 day photos when she was 3.5 months old so neck strength and expressions aren't expected. 1a. Also go when your baby is well fed, pooped, rested, good condition, etc. makes a world of difference. 2. They give you a looooot of photos to choose from. Be prepared to be pleasantly overwhelmed with photos. If you get decision fatigue then ask your spouse to help. Cause I loved getting the full gamut of photos. 3. They have a wardrobe but if you want your baby to wear something specific, bring it! Their wardrobe is pretty cute tho and fits with their backgrounds. 4. They have set backgrounds to choose from in their studio. The backgrounds are really cute but if you're looking for something specific, unique, tailored to you, the studio setting might not be for you. But tbh all 100 day, dohl, event photos basically look the same...so I would think it's odd to expect something different. I've seen tons of beach engagement pics. Tons of dohl pics with the same backgrounds and balloons. So why complain about a studio pic with similar styles and backgrounds or lack of variety? You're already the unique and different baby/family. So there's that. 5. Bring a toy or something that can get your baby's attention. I realized belatedly my baby likes to stare at herself in the mirror. She also likes her little fox doll. If your baby has a preference for a toy, perhaps being prepared like that will help with the experience! 6. Match your clothes with your family and partner beforehand. Clothes, accessories and shoes too so they look cohesive in the photos! Belatedly realized my husband's shoes didn't match any of our family's and my son's also seemed a little too bright. Oh well. Overall I loved the photos! Thank you again for the awesome and kind experience!!!

Our photos were so elegant and organic, and he got them back to us within a couple weeks! I truly appreciated how communicative he was through the whole process, from first contact all the way until the shipping of the photo files. Michael was a superstar throughout our wedding day, running around and making things happen while keeping composure and focus. From showing up early with his videographer, Ricky, to get b-roll footage and photograph the details, to being flexible as our timeline shifted, and then capturing an epic final exit at the end of the night, Michael was ready for anything. His style is to document the day, not dictate it, so he didn't stop things down to make people pose for him and instead moved around stealthily and captured some really great candid moments. But when it came time to get formal pictures, he was also very flexible and willing to try whatever ideas and poses we wanted, and took so many beautiful and elegant photos.
