Every other caribou does it no problem, maybe they caution or inform me of the dairy products.. but never do they tell me I cannot order that?! Is something that comes over your personnel that stops them from being able to grab the almond milk when making iced matcha? Ludicrous. Your staff has been rude every time I order this. Not sure where being rude to customers comes across as customer service but get a different job then maybe?
