Finally got my car back and started driving home. The car started shaking. At first, I figured it was just my stomach because I'd been battling diarrhea all day. A few minutes later I realized it wasn't my stomach--my car was dripping fluids everywhere like it had just signed a sponsorship deal with Tuli Drip. Then the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Every warning light imaginable was on. At that point, I was convinced my Envista was preparing for liftoff. I couldn't drive it, so I called a tow truck and got hauled back to the dealership. Of course, by the time I got there, the shop was closed. The next morning they inspected it and delivered the shocking diagnosis: "It was just your gas cap." Apparently, I didn't have it on properly when I started driving. So after 5 hours at the shop, a panic attack, a tow truck ride, an overnight stay, and enough dashboard lights to decorate a neighborhood, the culprit was... a gas cap.
