Toyota of El Cajon is, without question, the best I've ever experienced, even long after the contract ink has dried. There was an issue with a less-common extended coverage that didn't go as expected. Jose, my service advisor, did everything he could to get it resolved. When he hit a wall, Laura B. got involved. Laura is what some businesses refer to as "a fixer". She relayed what she was doing and who was involved. The list was not a short one. When things were ironed out, she was able to obtain results that kept the dealership and Toyota in good standing by acting in good faith and resolved the warranted coverage to my satisfaction. These guys were punctual, polite and professional. My car was not running for about 5 days and julio and Sebastian were able to stop by at my job and diagnose my car there. Julio found the problem to my car not being able to turn on and stay on in less than 10 mins. What I thought was going to cost me an arm and a leg ended up being a quick fix. My car was running once again in less than an hour and these guys saved me not only alot of money but a huge headache trying to fix the issue myself.
