I booked Superior for a move out clan in Beaverton, based on their competitive pricing. Most places change you an extra fee for move out cleaning and/or nickel and dime you for each task required by the apartment mangers like cleaning the inside of the fridge and stove, baseboards, etc. I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Now for the appointment...the crew arrived nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, which was really frustrating. Apparently Stella booked the crew for a house in Lake O and asked if I could wait a couple of hours until they finished. "Uh...no! I have an appointment." When the crew arrived, the lead cleaner made a big stink to Stella (by phone) about all of the work that needed to get done in the time allotted. I wanted them to focus on the 3 bathrooms and kitchen, and I was prepared to do the rest myself. I took a "do what you can do in 1 1/2 to 2 hours" approach since I was trying to save money, and I cleaned along side them to get the rest done. They did a good job with cleaning the areas that I designated. I noticed that the stubborn area above the stove was not cleaned, and the lead cleaner proclaimed that they tried, but it couldn't be cleaned. So I took a scrubber pad, used some elbow grease and the stains started to disappear. So she tried again and removed most of the muck. In all, I think Superior may be a good company, but the staff do have some communication issues. (I do understand a little bit of Spanish, so I had sense of what they were complaining about to Stella and amongst themselves.) The crew was nice to me. They gave me a ride up the road so that I wouldn't have to walk a mile to the bus stop. I just think they were annoyed with the scheduling mix up and hadn't been told ahead of time what I needed them to get done in the slotted time. I am used to cleaners working at a faster pace than they worked, so maybe I set my expectations too high. read more

Stella promised me a thorough cleaning and a crew that paid attention to the details... and they delivered. Not only did the entire house smell fantastic and look great, parts of the kitchen and bathrooms I thought were beyond cleaning look brand new. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly and professional. I just moved from California and there is a lot of competition for housekeeping there so the rates are much lower. Initially I was taken back by the cost for this service but after seeing the results, It was worth every penny. And after calling around, they have fair and competitive pricing for the market here. So we booked a cleaning service through Amazon and they contracted this company. Made arrangements with work to be there at the arrival window, paid to board to dog...they never showed up. The window was from 10-1 so I gave it until 1:30 before I called and no answer. At 2pm I contacted Amazon and worked out a refund. At 2:30 some guy from LA (guessing the owner?) calls and asks me if I've seen or heard from his team. I tell him I have not and he offers to reschedule (why I will give two stars). At this point I don't exactly trust a team that a) can't communicate, b) doesn't show up on time c) has a history of this in their other reviews. I was preparing my condo and didn't have time to do a really good clean. After Superior completed their work and I went home to see it, I was blown away. My place looked brand new; plus, the tub, which is always the hardest, looked like it was just glazed. I'm a bit of a neat freak, but Superior focuses on everything, even the little details (baseboards, fixtures, top of fan, etc.). Price was very reasonable and the staff is quite efficient. I initially booked Superior for a one time "deep clean"... They did a fantastic job, the house was spotless and smelled fresh and clean when we returned. Based on the first clean, we scheduled monthly cleaning services. The quality of work went down with each clean, as did the professionalism of the staff. We scheduled 1.5 hour cleans once per month. Staff would show up late, clean in under one hour yet still charge for 1.5 hours, and the house never felt professionally clean when we returned. A lot of the "must have" items on our checklist were not done. I wanted this to work out especially based on the first experience we had, but we had to cancel the service. read more

An expensive partial spring cleaning was disappointing. The end result was just okay, which isn't acceptable, especially when you're paying higher rates to get exceptional. Two years ago they did an amazing job, so much so that I ignored that they knocked a piece out of my curio, chipped a statue, and lost the bumpers, that I haven't been able to replace, to my shower door. We hired Superior 10/30/14 for a move out cleaning. They did an EXCELLENT job! They made everything sparkle, and even older appliances look nearly new ! They even cleaned the fireplace. I needed to contact a housekeeping service as a surprise for my daughter who was out of town while I stayed with the children. The owner, Stella, came personally to evaluate what was needed and was able to bring a team of three to clean the house the next morning.
