The technician worked about an hour and a half and thought we had a problem taken care of. The technician left. About two hours later it started acting up again. I called her after hours phone number . They came back out last night worked again for about another hour and a half was able to find the problem and fix it. Obtained some estimates…read more When I called Adams a while back, when we were experiencing our 95+ temps, asking for an estimate the office person stated " we will not be sending out any tech's in this heat for a couple of days". It didn't upset me, it made me respect the company for caring about their crews. A tech did make the set appointment and answered all my silly questions. They were also agreeable fulfilling my request to set the new unit a few feet over from the original spot. Once I received my estimate it included two air conditioner unit options I could choose from. Other companies didn't do this. They were also $260 less than other quotes. The tech's were polite, professional and got to work right away. When the day comes I need to replace my furnace I'll definitely be calling Adams heating and cooling!!!!
