One week after " completing" the job, I had electrical failures upstairs. They came back corrected their mistake. Second week during a renovation project the builder discovered the old nob and tube wiring they said they removed was still intact and ACTIVE! Whitney came back out a second time and took care of the issue. Third week I went into the basement and discovered they had taken out all the light socket and electrical switches and didn't replace any of them. Five in total. My son, had a very similar issue not knowing it was Whitney that I hired. Whitney sent out a plumber to fix a Clogged drain. My son used a plumbers snake and a few other things to remedy the problem clog to no avail. when the plumber from Whitney came, my son showed him where the clog was. Obtained some estimates…read more When I called Adams a while back, when we were experiencing our 95+ temps, asking for an estimate the office person stated " we will not be sending out any tech's in this heat for a couple of days". It didn't upset me, it made me respect the company for caring about their crews. A tech did make the set appointment and answered all my silly questions. They were also agreeable fulfilling my request to set the new unit a few feet over from the original spot. Once I received my estimate it included two air conditioner unit options I could choose from. Other companies didn't do this. They were also $260 less than other quotes. The tech's were polite, professional and got to work right away. When the day comes I need to replace my furnace I'll definitely be calling Adams heating and cooling!!!!
