For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for.
