I've done…read morea few escape rooms and this may have felt like the most outdated- a lot of locks and paper clues versus hair triggers and techy puzzles, but it was still a good time. The story had us intrigued and there were tons of clues within clues within clues that knocked us down a peg every time we thought we were working through the room too quickly, lol. 7 of us worked our way through and managed to beat the room with about 4 minutes to spare. There was a clue we somehow managed to skip but still have solved and one clue that may not have triggered correctly but the owner had a way of communicating/guiding us from outside the room. This was the first escape room for a few of my coworkers and they're all excited to try more. I think its a great location to maybe ease in first timers.

Since it was our first escape room, we chose Cosmic Crisis, and I think it was the perfect introduction. The staff was amazing, especially the general manager. He greeted us, explained everything, and made us feel confident going into our mission. I'm SO glad they offer unlimited hints because we definitely needed them! We used the entire 60 minutes and literally finished with only seconds left on the clock. The space was also very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. It's located in a mall plaza, so there's plenty of parking, lots of stores, and food options nearby. Overall, such a fun experience. Great variety of puzzles with a fun theme. Perfect for teams of 3-4. Puzzles were medium level difficulty. We also did Watson's Revenge which was full of clever puzzles, fun reveals and unique locks. Definitely have experienced players on your team as this one is pretty challenging. 4+ teammates is good for this one. Lastly, we did 13th Floor which was luckily not a scary room, just a slightly creepy theme. Really enjoyed the puzzles and riddles in this one as well as the interactive elements. 3-5 is good for this one. Puzzles are medium to hard difficulty. Rave reviews for the fun game master. The inventory/closeup system for the virtual/remote rooms were a bit tricky to juggle but allowed us to divide and conquer.

We had reserved a room for an hour, but it took about 20 minutes for staff to help us with an issue, which wasted a large portion of our time. We were told that 5 minutes would be added back to our timer because of the delay, but that never happened. As compensation, they only gave one free card even though there were five people in our group. After spending $200, we expected much better customer service and a fair solution to the time we lost. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I don't feel that the staff handled the situation appropriately.
