Other favorites: swings, tall structure with multiple slides(and slide types) and a large climbing structure. A favorite among many families in the area - I was shocked to not see it on a yelp page. They are working on the field part so unable to kite fly like before but would imagine it would be opening soon. There's a small loop around the field as well for a quick stroll. Plenty of parking to be found and couple of picnic tables throughout including a few under a covered structure. There's also a small business that looks like it has snacks(fairly new but prior to the new owners it was a coffee shop). I only wish they had restrooms but they do have port a potties.

This playground is fantastic with colorful structures, different types of slides, swings, ladders and plenty of other cool structures to climb on. Although there is not a toddler specific section, there is a slightly smaller structure where toddlers can certainly play, as well as a couple of toddler swings. The entire play area is situated on soft wood chips and half of the perimeter houses benches, square metal picnic tables with seats on all sides as well as large wooden tables. There is a trash barrel and, near the entrance, a porta potty. There is plenty of parking. This free park closes at dawn. Dogs are NOT allowed.

They have 3 softball-baseball fields although one is too small to be used for adults. They have a skate park one of the only one within 30-minutes in any direction an outdoor basketball court that is in good condition for how old it is and how much use it gets. There are a lot of good games here and the skate park sees a lot of activity. The fields are packed for almost all of the spring and summer so it is harder to walk on. If you want to walk on for a pick up game go to ConVal or PES. There is a pool that i think opens in late June or early July and there is a playground area for the kids that has been kept in good condition. Ecco field (closest to the road) is doubled for soccer use and because of that there is no fence in right but that adds a neat feature for that. skating for hockey or just skating in the winter, sometimes is hard to keep maintained but they do a good job all things considering. Parking is hard to come by if they have a lot of people playing softball on all the fields. Some scrap construction materials laying around so you need to keep an eye on your kids for that. Tennis courts that have been kept in very good condition. One of the best features of any town in the area.

Tons of toddler swings, regular swings, a tire swing, a baby/toddler area where everything is scaled down for them with a small climbing "wall", slide, steps, rocking "animals" & fire "truck", etc. On the bigger kids side there are monkey bars, big slides, big "rope" ladder, big climbing wall, & more! There's the biggest sandbox I've ever seen, filled with over 20+ plastic & metal Tonka dump trucks & a kid's size pretend house area with a table & benches. There's a bubbler there which is nice on hot summer days & a few trees provide some shade, although depending on the time of day & where the sun is, there are times when the heat is just unbearable & there's really very little shade. There are benches scattered all over the playground & two picnic tables under the trees, next to the rhododendron bushes. Across the street there are bathrooms in the little building next to the baseball fields. They're usually pretty gross but hey, they service both areas & there's only 1 woman's stall & 1 men's stall so it's not surprising. Next to the playground there's a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, big gazebos, & a big (mostly) shaded parking lot.

We decided to have some ice cream…read morefirst but after being told the person should be here in about 10-15 minutes so we hit a small bucket of balls to pass the time. The loaner clubs are horribly bad. When we finished the ice cream was still closed. We promised our son mini-golf so we left and went to Sullivan Farms only 5 minutes down the road. (Great ice cream and friendly staff) We came back to do the mini-golf. They have a great layout and fun design but the water features were off and the greens torn in multiple places on each hole. Not to mention there was 2 women with 2 children using it as a playground. One ran right up and took 2 of our golf ball's. The woman took her time to collect her child and give us the balls back but never apologized. Not sure why they were letting them run around like that. But no one from the place did anything. We won't be back.... Seems like there is a lot that needs improving for the mini golf and for the range I suggest having your own clubs. The only upside was the looks of the bumper boats and batting cages... I wasn't spending more money to try it so only basing that off the looks of them.
