When I finally picked up my car, they hit me with an extra $1,000 charge for a "new battery and fluids." The worst part? The car was handed back in terrible condition: * No A/C refrigerant * Low coolant * Empty windshield washer fluid * I was charged for a brand-new clutch and pressure plate, but they were installed incorrectly. Now I'm dealing with a bad clutch bushing and issues that should have been fixed the first time. I had to take my car somewhere else and spend even more money just to get it repaired properly. Two and a half years later, they have been unable to fill my order because the part is not available and may no longer be made by Edelbrock. Back in May 2025, brought my 2012 Hyundai Veloster here to try and figure out the code for my check engine light. I was told my O2 sensor and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The owner (Steve) assured me that the work on my car would be done within a few days after offering the parts I needed. I was told it was okay to drop the car off the day after Memorial Day early in the morning and the work would be done late afternoon. To my surprise, Steve informs me the morning of that the parts did not arrive in time but was given the option to have the regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) done in the mean time since I was already there. I dropped the car off around 10am and was told by Steve that I would receive a phone call to pick up the car later that day. The day goes by and I received no communication on the status of my car. By 5pm I'm concerned and decided to call and follow up. No answer. I rushed to the shop to find my car still parked in the same spot I dropped it off in the morning . I then spoke to a mechanic about my car who had no idea was going on. I'm already upset because my car was now being kept over night because it was deemed "unsafe to drive" by the owner. Long story short and over $4000 later, my check engine light is still on and turns out the work that was supposed to be done on my car was not fully completed after taking my car to another shop. Was also up charged for a part that I ALREADY paid for by $500. The staff at this shop is disorganized, unprofessional, and can't get the job done. I was better off taking my car to pep boys or even the dealership to get the work done. Steve not only made me feel frustrated as a customer, but was very rude towards my mom who came with me to the shop after she heard how I was being treated. The owner will twist your words to make you feel like you're at fault when it's the team in general that's disorganized. Very disappointed. My car came back with more issues after spending a few days at Nightmotorsport. Will now have to trade in my car because I can no longer afford the work that needs to be done.
