I had a good friend that just had a HORRIBLE experience with this automotive repair shop! They attempted to "upsale" his repairs (all of which were not warranted or necessary) WITHOUT his verbal and/or written authorization. So he went to the shop to retrieve his vehicle when they demanded payment for the labor that "supposedly" incurred. Andrew, the shop manager, REFUSED to hand his keys over to him so my friend reached over the counter, retrieved his keys and Andrew forcefully grabbed his wrist. To avoid any serious injury, my friend left the location, went to the police station and filed a report. Ironically, they called the police and suddenly had a "witness" willing to perjure themselves, when NO ONE was around when this took place. I hope you reconsider taking your vehicle to this repair shop. read more

took my car their to have a oil pressure Sensor put in my 2011chevy camaro, he quoted me a service price of $130.00 plus the part and to check out a level one free. I told him okay but nothing more because I have a budget im not working. he calls me up stating my car has 45 codes going on and its going to cost me three more hours to see what's going on, I said no just put the part in with what we talked about I don't have any more money, then he quoted me almost $400.00 to finish the job if not I pick my car up without the part. I said no he said then come pick up the car so I did. when I got their he wouldn't give me my keys, so I grabbed my keys off the table and took off, he calls the police on me stating I grabbed his wrist which is a lie and made a false police report stating he had a witness that had already walked out the building, I grabbed my keys from the desk and took off, the police looked at the tape there was no evidence of any kind, if anything he grabbed my hand now I have to go to court which is fine I know im innocent. make sure if you go to this crooked shop you get A service contact up front and don't sign it unless you read it. they will try to suck you dry, and i will be reporting them to the better business Bureau immediately, shops like this should not be in business, they messed with the wrong person this time, theses people take your car get into your car's computer to make it say all kinds of codes, don't believe them my car was just checked out by a dealer their were no codes other than the oil pressure sensor code. The guy also told me before all this, if i need an illegal smog done they do them their. Great place the waiting area is nice and comfortable compared to other mechanics. The guy behind the counter Andrew is super nice greats you with a smile. I like the texts with the updates and shows you the progress of the car. They diagnosed my car with in a few hours and had it back up and running the next day. Yes, they fixed an oil leak but charged $110 for them to "diagnose" what was needed, which we already knew what was wrong, and they confirmed it. And they don't count it towards your bill to fix what's wrong. The only upside is that they offer financing for the bill. Never going here again. read more

He sourced a great low milage candidate for a replacement motor & performed additional maintenance repairs (approved by us) that were wear & tear items that are easily accessible while new motor was out of the vehicle. Honestly workshop I've ever been to I took my 2008 Chevrolet HHR to get a lower control arm replaced because I did not have time to do so myself after the shop working on my car I took it to an alignment shop whose name was bare frame and wheels alignment I have been going to this alignment shop for years and they have never screwed me over the dude that always does my alignment came back and asked me why I drove this car here and I asked him why and he said because every bolt holding my control arms were loose and or missing I told him I just had a shop put the control arms in and that that's honestly bullshit because that is dangerous and i and it could've killed somebody when I went back today to go ask the dude about it and to tell him that the control room that they just replaced is already bad just one year later which keep in mind control arms are not a part that goes bad normally they last a life spanned of the car the owner and his worker were very disrespectful talking to me like I didn't know anything about my car I am a mechanic and I work with department of transportation I know what I'm talking about when it comes to this I would highly recommend no one takes their card this shop because they do not tighten bolts and they did not use Loctite or any thread sealant on the bolts at all what should've been there first thing that they did when I went to go back and ask them if they Can warrantee the part they mysteriously couldn't tell me what part they had put on my car all they can give me was a Vin number to the part which then when I googled it came up to be a blowup party Funhouse honestly I don't know what the shop is doing they obviously don't have their priorities straight and they don't care if someone loses a wheel after leaving the shop and kills themselves or something or others I would highly recommend no one takes the car to the shop I know I already said that but sitting here writing this I really hope this helps someone just don't do it it's all bad read more
