While I like to pretend that I'm not a fan of Crocs, I do own a pair that are Hocus Pocus limited edition, but you didn't hear that from me! My family and I stopped in briefly to look for deals - they had a BOGO 25% off as well as B2G2 for 50% off. Crocs are pretty pricy, but my daughter loves them as do all of the cool kids these days! We ended up finding 2 pairs for my daughter that were on clearance that she loved. We also picked up a box of 10 mystery Jibbitz for $10 - our entire purchase was cheaper than one pair of full priced Crocs! Walking around I remembered my boys needed new crocs . The store inside was organized and clean . They have so many different colors and styles to choose from . They have a cute charm station also with alot of cute charms . The ladies working were nice . All over the store they had advertisement buy one get the other for a certain discount. I took my two pair of crocs to the counter but the lady said I did not qualify for the discount since I got a black pair. It was just disappointing since they advertise it a lot. It must've been a really small print stating certain colors did not apply to the discount. I don't get it ? Black is a basic color but hey .. Great store! Everything is clean, neat, and well organized. There is a large selection of shoes and jibbitzs. Staff are present and attentive. It would be nice if they could assist with designing charms/placement on Crocs. They have customizable sales right now. Minè consisted of purchasing 13 Jibbitzs and getting 13 free. Of course the free items are those of equal or lesser value. I still ended up paying $90 but they are super cute! Definitely recommend! read more

June 12, 2023: I sorely needed reliable gardening shoes; my old Croc, black Mary Janes' soles were wearing out with little traction left! Ironically, in 2021 AND 2022, I visited Maui, Big Island, and Oahu's Croc Stores hoping I would find a pair of Mary Janes; however, no such shoe exists in the Crocs' Hawaiian Island Stores, i.e., only slippers--flip flop sandals and platform sandals for walking on sand . . . Nothing else--that's all the Hawaiian Stores had in their inventory in Crocs' Fall 2022 Inventory . . . So disappointing not finding what I want and what I needed because I bought the black Mary Janes in Maui at either Kahului Mall or Maui Whaler's Village Croc Store in 2006! Regardless, I should have purchased two pairs of Mary Janes at either the Crocs at Kahului Mall or Maui Whaler's Village Croc Store but, I took for granted either Crocs Store would always keep the Mary Janes as an integral part of their staple inventory--how wrong I truly forecasted their future staple inventory! Waaaah~ Welp~Anyway, these futuristic beige Crocs I purchased will do just fine for gardening; I have no intentions wearing them for going out anywhere--they are egregiously horrifically ugly and not stylish . . . The beige pair reminds me of Danish clogs . . . Welp~Honestly, Clodhoppers! BTW: Surprisingly, the beige clodhoppers' size according to the Crocs Rep recommended I should wear are Junior 3's because I tried other adult sizes and the other sizes were too gargantuan in length, i.e., skis, aka, SLEDS! Spent 1/2 in store picking out crocs. Noticed the "buy one get 2nd pair for 25% off" signs posted all over the store. So we picked out 4 pairs. One being the black (largest amount of inventory. 5 vertical columns). We go to pay, and the cashier says the black does not get the discount. Really? Its the largest inventory item they have. They are overpriced as it is (molded rubber. $3/unit cost of manufacturing). Not applying the discount to the black only is just plain bad business. Left the store with buyer's remorse. Then after a few other stores we went back and returned my wife's pair she just bought. She didn't want them anymore because of how we felt about the "no black" policy. Lucky for them our son loved his crocs so we didn't return those. But that is it. No more crocs. They slip really easily on hard surfaces anyways. Probably for the best. read more

This store is always busy! But with good reason, it's always stocked with croc designs that are sold out online! Service is friendly, workers are welcoming and they check out guests pretty fast as well as offer help on the floor. If you can make the drive in store for some crocs you'll spend a little less than ordering online and paying those shipping fees. We asked the night before if we could put on hold but we only had til the end of the day to put it on hold, but we asked if we can go the next day since we lived far. The employee over the phone agreed and we showed up the next day and were able to get it! It was the last size 7 too! The staff here is very friendly despite the chaos of holiday shopping. The Croc store in Vacaville is one of the cleanest stores in the Area. The store has a great variety of shoes and accessories with a great sales bargain section. I needed to return a pair of Crocs ,"Izzy" helped me with the speedy transaction. IZZY'S professional and over genuine kindness is rare commodity these days. My experience in other stores have been rehearsed robot like "welcome to the store" non interested manner. Izzy welcomed me Crocs and allowed me to shop freely offering to help if needed. I selected something for the exchange where Izzy met me at the counter, he explained what and how he was going to accomplish the return. Noticing the exchange for a different croc Izzy asked " was there anything else wrong g besides the size" I said No. He offered to research the same item in a different size if I really want what I was returning. My 20 (plus) year old Lands End gardening clogs cracked and I couldn't find a comparable replacement so decided to give Crocs a try. I bought a pair on "sale" yet they still were a lot of money for plastic shoes that I'll only use for gardening. Fans tell me that they are durable so I'll be pleasantly surprised if they last even half the time as the Lands End. A note on the store itself, the classic Crocs are arranged by color in rows against the wall. The smaller sized are up high, way high. People who wear those sizes are usually short. It was difficult to pull down a pair in smaller sizes to try them on and forget about being able to put them back, I had to just leave them on the floor. My most comfy shoes are a pair of Crocs! I happened to come across this place while daughter and I were checking out 'her' stores (Aeropostale, Cotton On, Rue 21)... Crocs is tucked in between Dress Barn and Zumiez. My most comfortable pair of flats are Crocs which I happened to find at a Ross Dress for Less. It was the only pair that was my size. I love it... I can walk for miles in it and my feet would not hurt so I was curious to see what other styles they had. So what image do I have when I hear of Crocs... for me, it is the bulky looking clogs, like a rubber version of the wooden shoes from Holland (with holes). I was surprised to see that they came in different styles and colors and they have them for men, women and children. The women have choices of flats, sandals, mary janes, wedges and other fashionable shoes. Whoa... wow. Okay, so I started to try a few pairs, then I saw how much they were and I said whoa... wow. I didn't really expect these footwear to cost that much but they are so comfy, plus there was a sale going on. The party don't start til I croc in! Over the years, I've always had a pair or two of Crocs that I use for work, but never considered them a fashion statement, as my 49-yr. old self does now. My first time at this Crocs store was like walking into a giant dream shoe closet! So many colors, prints, and styles, it was a bit overwhelming. Stopped bye to check out the store. Great variety of colors and selection. Store was very nice and neat with friendly staff. Lots to choose from. If you have foot problems with your feet like fasciitis or edema with swelling of the feet the standard Croc is doctor recommended. But if you favor a different style of shoe they have it as well. Other shoes like the Literide technology which maintains a comfortable soul where other shoes fail after a period of time these wont disapoint. Great runners and light weight technology. Great selection of Jibbits (charms) to dress your Crocs from Toy Story to spelling out your Name, favorite school or football team. Also sport charms, Fooftballs, Basketballs, Soccer balls ect. It is like a regular store instead of an outlet, and you can return online shoes here, or return shoes you bought here at a regular Crocs store in the mall. Went in and shopped last Saturday Nov 2 at around 11:08 am. There were two women on the store. A young women who helped me. She claimed that she started 3 mths. ago. She is very helpful, friendly but professional. She explained deal they have. She answers my questions. The other woman, older light brown hair is not so friendly. She doesn't smile. She is snooty. I was saying something to her as I was walking towards her near the counter. She did not acknowledged me nor looked at me. I looked away. She shouldn't worked in a place that requires customer service. Definitely NOT for her. I myself did worked for retail stores and I know what customer service and friendliness are a must when dealing to customer. Someone like her ruins the reputation, sales and the customers experience. This is the 2nd time I came to this store. I remember her the first time I visited the store. I was looking for crocs. No one acknowledged me nor asked if they can helped me so I left. Crocs aren't just those holey bulky shoes. I was looking for brown pumps, but, unfortunately they didn't have my size. Check out Crocs if you want shoes to wear with bare feet. They have ones that look like ballet flats, running shoes, and men's upper casual (ones that would go well with Dockers type slacks). They also had reduced bins of the classic holey ones, and the winter version of those with fuzzy lining (mostly kids' size). read more
