Finding hair, nails, lash people are hard enough but even harder when you're new in town and you moved here during height of pandemic. So the first year I just read a lot of reviews and made mental notes of places that seemed busy as I drove by. Also I didn't know down here it's called SNS. In Chicago it was called Dipped. But I digress... I tried a few random places because I have a toddler and never plan in advance for me time. No horrible experiences but not good enough for me to leave a review. I did have Serene bookmarked, but each time I called they had a wait and I couldn't be bothered. Dang I should have just waited! I finally went and did my nails with Shayla. She's the BEST. It's been 2 weeks and I still admire my nails. How they do look so good. I've gotten tons of compliments on them too! I need nude nails for work and this was perfection. I wish I took a before picture so you can see how the before and after. I will never go to anyone else for nails as long as I live in this area!

I gave the establishment several opportunities, but there were many times I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appt time even when I show up earlier. This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well.
