Got my nails done 2 days ago (gel) and yesterday my right thumb nail peeled off so I went in today and got it fixed I told the lady that if it was possible to put some on thing on all the nails because I don't want them peeling off since I work as a waitress and got ignored later that day my pointer finger nail came right off :/ I think they are probably using cheap stuff for gel or something because this has never happened to me! It was all good until it came time to pay! The lady took my card and was just about to swipe before I asked how much? She said $100! I said for what? When my Mom visited last, she wanted a pedicure and chose Grace Nails. When they opened, this place was top notch. I am unsure if they are under new management or a strict monthly quota but this place has gone down hill. It was a rainy, humid, Summer day when we visited so imagine my surprise when I walked in and the AC wasn't running. The humid rainy weather paired with a hot salon made this place feel like a sauna. The pedicure chair remotes are nailed to the bottom of the arm rests making it impossible to view if you want to move the chair forward or even change the massage options. The tub where you put your feet is very shallow and even with my feet on the bottom, the water barely covered my ankles. My nail tech didn't speak English, which is typically no problem, but I atleast expect you to understand a head nod or the word: "no" or "ouch" considering this lady drew blood like I was here to give it. I understand the need to up sell services, I work in sales, but don't look at me and ask me if I want to wax my eye brows when they don't look like caterpilars and even after I tell you "no", continuing to badger me about it only makes things worse. It also isn't helpful for you to talk in a different language with the tech next to you while staring me up and down. I may not speak your language but I know a bitchy tone when I hear it as I am fluent. I live for the massage after a pedicure. The odd thing was the mute nail tech didn't rub my feet...at all. She rubbed one time down each leg with lotion and that was it. I attempted to ask her why but all she did was smile and talk to the nail tech next to her in a different language, probably about my eyes brows! I left Grace Nails disapointed on so many levels. Not only was it so hot in inside I didnt need to attend my hot yoga class that afternoon but the polish they used on my toes chipped within hours. Never again. read more

I don't remember them being this bad. I've come to this place once before and didn't have this bad of an experience. This time was not good. The lady was working on my nails and another woman's at the same time, so I only got half of her attention. I just need gel nail polish and it came out butcher. All over my nail beds and the side. And two days later started chipping. If you want your nails done, please look for another place. read more

Everything here is amazing! The service is fast, atmosphere is calming and they do a great job! They're also very friendly! Anna and Hannah are my favorites! The lady who did my pedicure was nice, spoke English well, and was super friendly. She did an alright job on my pedicure, as I left with my heels not feeling much smoother than when I arrived. I also felt the scrub and calf massage was a little rushed. I will say this is the first time in a while I had a non-gel manicure that didn't smear, even though I didn't use any sort of light or fan to dry my nails. They must use some super top coat and I loved that. I was going home to 2 babies at home so that was last thing I needed (botched manicure) when I got home when wrangling my girls. There didn't seem to be much attention to detail with the salon itself. The remote on my chair was real old and worn, the chair itself wasn't super comfortable, and not all the chairs even matched. The walls and decor were a little too plain for my taste and not real inviting. A new coat of spa-like colors and a few pieces of new art or plants would really change the place I feel. The owner did greet me right away and did ask how my time there was before I left which I appreciated. I would go back if I'm in a rush (they were speedy, but almost too speedy for this one day I wanted to reeaaalllly relax), but I wouldn't change my go-to salon for this place. read more

I am a regular at nail salons and have been for many years. For a long time I went to a salon very close to my house, but they're closed on Mondays and, as luck would have it, I needed my nails done on a Monday. Someone had recommended Grace Nails to me previously, but I'd never gone as it's further from my house than I would normally go to get my nails done. Since they're open Mondays, though, I decided to give it a shot. I haven't been back to my old salon since. I love that they get to know you by name. I love that it's clean and bright, and they always play music or even show movies. I love that everyone is warm and welcoming. Most of all I love the quality of the services provided. Whether it's a pedicure or acrylics or gel nails, I've never had a negative experience. The polish doesn't chip excessively, acrylic nails (I used to have acrylics) don't pop off, and they don't leave polish remnants around the edges. If you're in the area, stop by. I can't imagine that you'd be disappointed. read more

On more than two occasions I've been told to come in for a service and wait a ridiculous amount of time. They seem to rush things here as well. However the pedicures done by Tina are good. Grace Nails is very customer friendly. I've been here a couple of times and is very satisfied with each visit. They have a great variety of nail colors with just normal nail polish and also gel polishes. They do a very good job with my pedicures. I felt very relaxed and I had a great time. The male technician was very funny and he loves to joke around. My pedicure was a very good experience. The massage was amazing, I almost fell asleep! This was my first time going to this. I decided to give it a chance because they opened early and it was close to where I live. The lady that addressed me as I walked in, was not friendly at all, kept on looking at the clock, she asked me if I had been there before and I told her this was my first time. She did a horrible job. She put on a thin layer of color and did not file my nails at the end so they were all rough, At the end she cleans my nails with acetone and told me I was all done. Usually when I have gone to other places they put some kind of oil around your nails and rub it in and tell you to go wash your hands. My daughter told me to go back and show them so they would fix them. I'll tell you something that lady knew that was my first time there because she asked me. So if that was the best she could do then why bother going back a second time. Also I did not feel like sitting there for another 45 minutes. actually I wish I could give it zero stars. read more

The bad reviews on here are very shocking! This place is great! -The price is amazing! -The service and quality is amazing! -The people are very friendly! I have to disagree with some of the bad reviews because if you don't like something, request for a change. Don't just sit there and complain if it could be changed. And I saw a very ignorant comment: They were pretending not to speak any English. Well, if you excuse me. English is obviously not their first language and the only reason why they even learned it was to talk to their customers. They barely know sight words and should talk to their peers in the language they were taught. You pick the polish you're going to have on your nails and you can't possibly expect Color Club to be better than OPI or Essie do you? If you want something that lasts long, get Gel, or a nicer brand of nail polish. This place has not gone down in any way in my opinion because I've gone here for 3 years without any complaints. I am a very picky person. If I see the tiniest mistake or smudge, I ask them to fix it and they do it without any complains. Different languages have different dialects. They may sound rude or so in English, but it can just be a way of saying something in their language. Everything is simple, but yet fantastic when you go there. You can just get something simple done or you can splurge and have something extravagant done. They don't complain about tips or anything like that because they are extremely humble and down to Earth. All in all, it's a great place. read more

They are so kind here! They always greet you and offer you bottled water. They have good movies playing for entertainment. I only come here because they treat you well. I felt embarrassed because I'm ticklish and haven't had a pedicure in years and, without hesitation, my nail tech said "we will take good care of you". This made such a huge difference to me. This place was awful. I came in and was told to pick a nail color. The lady said I don't like no no don't use. Who does that. I'm grown I've been wearing nail polish for 30 years. So the pedicure was fine until it was time to paint my nails. Painting was slow. The lady missed pieces of my nails so part of them were painted. Other parts were not. All of my toe nails were lumpy with polish. All ten! Then when I said she didn't paint a smooth job and compared them to my nails the manager said your toe nails are bumpy. I said no they are not and tried to show him he wouldn't look. I asked if the polish needed thinner. He wouldn't look. Instead all of the workers came over pretending to not speak any English talking about how bad of a job it was, and I kept hearing them say bumps. I said I don't have any bumps. They all just looked at me like she understands. He offered to repaint. I said no thank you. Paid for the service and he had the nerve to look at the slip as if they were owed a tip. I've been coming to this place since they opened 6+ years ago. Today is officially my last time stepping foot in there. The service was horrible! I used to enjoy laughing and joking with the guy. It seemed to bother his wife that we joked so much but it was never a major issue. I've noticed the service declining for a while now but it's conveniently located minutes from my house plus I've built rapport with some of the staff so I continued to go there. Today a lady did my pedicure. She's usually pretty good and one of the friendlier ones there. She was rushing and clipped my nails when I clearly stated I wanted them filed down. She left a lot of steps out of the pedicure and when I asked about it her and the other staff gave a look like "how dare you question me". One particular time I remember I pointed out that I still had suds from the tub (I'm sure it was skin and dirt) around do my ankles when she was putting on the lotion and she just rubbed it in with the lotion as she massaged my calves. How gross! I asked if she could do a certain 3 toned polish and she said it was too difficult. I'm sure I could of mastered it myself. It was just three different colored stripes across my big toe. I asked for matte in black and she told me they had it. She painted my toes black only to discover she didn't actually have the black matte that I wanted. That was it for me. I had her take off the color paid for my pedicure and left immediately. She was supposed to paint my little cousins nails but as much as she was rushing I'm sure she would of probably removed her toenails. They've had the same colors for years and the only designs they can do are stripes or circles. They really need to update their polish and design skills. I'm very very disappointed!! read more

The workers are kind of hateful. There is one girl in particular who is not friendly at all. I left a $5 tip on an $8 eye brow wax and apparently that was NOT good enough because she rushed through and then they didn't say thank you or bye or anything. I was like... Okay. I am always a good tipper and $5 on $8 eyebrow is a 62% tip if I added it correctly and they asked me to pay in advance.. I've been to Grace Nails three times now and are my new favorite nail salon. The couple who run the salon are super nice and personable. I get french tip gel manicures and regular polish pedicures and I am very happy with the results. My hands and feet look amazing when I leave and my nails last for two weeks without breaks or chips. I used to go to a different nail salon and my nails couldn't get past a week before they started getting raggedy looking. My neighbor recommended them to me and I'm glad she did! read more
