This is my gf's fav spot to go too, and it's been at least a year and a half (or more) since I last had a pedicure, so we dropped in on a Sunday. It's in a strip mall lot and seemed to have ample parking. I'll just go ahead and admit I enjoy pedicures. As a competitive runner, it's certainly needed from time to time and it's relaxing! This place is pretty large, with kids chairs and at least 20-24 adult chairs with massage feature included on the chair. They also offer you complimentary wine, soda or water here. We only had to wait 15 minutes since we didn't have an appointment. We both did the Deluxe Pedicure (45 minutes long), and got wine. I'm pretty sure I got the newbie, as the lady that was doing my gf's toes kept instructing her what to do. She did take extra time, it seemed, and I wasn't complaining when it came time for lotion on the feet and legs. However, I wish she had gone harder on my calves and feet. Overall, it was a good experience. The wine did take time getting to us and I feel like they could've done a better job of cleaning the chairs and floors after the last person before us used them. I was in there for a manicure and the employees were harassing a woman about a bill they rung her up wrong for over a month ago demanding she pay it. The woman was clearly confused and embarrassed and they kept insisting she owed them money. Another employee came up and was harassing her about a tip at the same time. The lady was clearly flustered and I felt really bad for her. I heard her say 'I kept telling them that bill was wrong and they insisted it wasn't'. I understand that they wanted to get paid, but they were borderline harassing her. This was done with no tact whatsoever and I will not be back. How do I know they won't do the same to me? I recently moved into the area and needed to find a new salon. This one is highly rated on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. I've been here maybe 4 times now and they are really good. I typically go on Saturday afternoons and while they are busy I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is the polish doesn't seem to last as long as my old salon. I get the regular polish and it seems to look dull and begin to chip around 2 weeks but this could just be a "me" thing. All in all, it's a very nice salon. read more

This was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. I paid 85 dollars for someone to paint my toes and RUB (not even massage) lotion on my legs. I have been here multiple times and never had this problem. Not too sure what the deal was today but that was horrible and they charged me $85. I went back in since my dead skin was all over my legs because she did not even scrub them. when I went back in and told someone, they took a wet rag and rubbed my leg. The point of going back in there was for someone to redo what I did not get but instead I received a wet rag. I never ever complain but the fact that I was charged $85 not including tip was absolutely ridiculous. Edit: I do have to say that when I called back up there I got the absolute sweetest lady on the phone. She offered to refund me or redo it. They have a large choice of colors, and they offer you water, tea refreshments when you arrive and when you sit down. However it made me uncomfortable that there were a few customers receiving pedicures with no mask on, it should be mandatory. I go to their new location up by Governor's . The salon is new and has a modern vibe. Polish display is really well organized. I've been looking for a new place in this side of town for a while and I am glad I found them. The salon I used to go to closed during COVID, so I thought I'd give this place a try. It's like a factory... place can accommodate over 30 clients and it was packed!!! .too many clients at once for my taste (we're not past COVID folks). Tools used on my feet did not seem to be cleaned/sterilized. The tech just wiped with a rag...not good. Toes were not clipped or filed well. In fact one nail was bleeding! I had to fix when I got home. Leg massage was non Existent, Even when I asked for more pressure. The tech kept trying to "upsell" me on other services, to the point of being annoying! I would stay as far away from this place as one could! I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Nearly $90 later and only a few days later and I have two toes that have NO polish on them, this has never happened to me with a gel pedi and I've spent hours swimming and in bodies of water with other pedis. I also had to come back to the salon on the SAME day because my nail was already halfway peeled off on my thumb nail! While doing my nails, I told the young lady several times that the polish looked concerning to me. It was bubbling and not even. She kept telling me the top coat would fix it. I knew better and of course it didn't. She even got annoyed upon my mentioning it and rushed through the remainder of my service. Unfortunately she was the same lady that serviced "fixing" my nails when I came back the same day. She didn't make eye contact with me and stood up the entire time, as she filed my nail down to nothingness and slapped polish on so quick, I could barely process it. The customer service was lackluster and they were busier than they could manage. Yesterday was the grand opening of this new location here in Acworth. I was very happy when it opened, I usually travel 20 minutes to the Kennesaw location because they are THAT GOOD. The salon is absolutely stunning! Customer service on point, sanitary technique on point, nails on point. I can't say enough good things about Tony and his staff. There isn't a tech you could go to that would give a bad experience. Oh, and they are all fluent in English-no communication barriers at all! Bonus: I was very pleased to hear that all colors come in sns, gel, and regular polish so matching colors is never a problem.
