I needed a new toilet installed. Maybe I just got super lucky, but was amazed that the first time I called, my call was answered and was told that they could come out the next day. Who does that? Amazed!! Then their employee, Alex, showed up exactly on time and was super serious about cleanliness inside my house. It was fun to watch to watch a person that was obviously proud of doing a good job. He cleaned the brand new toilet, top to bottom before declaring that he was done. He meticulously put a bead of silicone around the base at the floor. I'm always jealous of someone that caulks so well; my caulking jobs are always bulbous and inconsistent. What more can I say? My bathroom faucet was leaking where the handle sits on the countertop. I contacted Niko who asked me to send a short video of the problem and pictures of under the sink so he knows what to bring. Based on that, he gave a quote and a discount if I replaced both faucets. He told me what to buy exactly (just faucets) and what he would bring. On scheduled date, Dima came, took care of the work and did a great job. Unfortunately, one of the faucets started dripping a few days later. I took a video and sent to Niko who told me the cartridge is damaged and that he would replace them both for free (I had to change both so both the sinks have the same faucet). Dima came again, and in an hour or so, he swapped the damaged ones with new ones and said I could return as they were damaged goods. Amazing service. Niko is always available on texts, and their scheduling is also very quick. Very clean job, no issues. Strongly recommend Niko's Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. We had a leak and a plumber (not NIko's Plumbing) repaired it. However, It started leaking somewhere else. Niko's plumbing gave us a second opinion on the repair that was done. They were honest and thorough with their evaluation. We had to replace the pipe that connects to the main pipe.(it is a big job) We considered Niko and his crew for this job but, unfortunately, at the time they didn't have the equipment required for this job. I recommend Niko and his crew because they are responsive to your emails and calls (most plumbers aren't) knowledgeable, punctual (which makes them like unicorns), and professional. I hired Niko for two jobs over the last two years, and he's been a pleasure to work with! For the first job, I needed some bathroom faucets to be swapped out. Other plumbers quoted me at a much higher price, but Niko was able to do for a much fairer price. Since the installation date in January 2023, there hasn't been any issues with those faucets! Recently, I had hired him for a second job regarding a bathroom leak that caused a hole in my ceiling. Other plumbers mis-diagnosed it as an issue with the shower, but Niko actually spent time to test the shower, and even funneled a camera through the hole to see if there was any leakage. After noticing that there wasn't any water leaking out of the shower, he opened up the ceiling and found that the issue was with the toilet's seal. He fixed the issue at a fair and reasonable price! Niko is super attentive and pays attention to the small details, but what I appreciate the most is that he'll explain everything that is going on and walk you through his thought process. I'm new to home ownership and never worked with any plumbers before. Wore gloves, a mask, shoe gloves, and even coverings on the wheels for his large equipment keeping our house clean.
