I had three toilet bidets that I needed installed on some toilets that had really tight/tricky connections. Eric was VERY prompt and incredibly friendly and helpful in his communication. Imagine finding out your sewer line is clogged on a Friday afternoon. I called my home warranty company, they assigned a vendor, I called them and was told they couldn't make it out to my house until Monday afternoon. Which means no toilets, no dishwasher, no clothes washer no showers etc. So I thought things though and decided to cancel the service call and pay myself for another plumber, thinking that if I was lucky I could get someone out on Saturday. It's now 3:30 pm. I did my homework on Yelp and found a plumber with enough ratings and found Chase Plumbing who have a 4.9 rating. Eric picked up on the first ring and told me that since it was late Friday afternoon , he could try to help, but the only guy he had that could come did not have a snake truck, but one with a hydrojet, which does a better job on sewer lines, but is more expensive (though honestly not that much). I said yes do the hydrojet, and he said Andrew would try to arrive by 5pm. So far, great guy, price quote that didn't change and I'm getting it fixed the same afternoon. So imagine my surprise when Andrew shows up 20 minutes after my call, smile on his face and ready to go. Within an hour tops, the sewer line is open and flowing great. BTW, Eric said, and I later confirmed, that hydrojet is definitely superior to snaking a line. It can get through clogs and tear up roots in the line better and it also opens up the full opening more often than a snake will. Snakes often only bore an opening the diameter of the blades on the end of the snake. The company my home warranty company sent out 4 months ago (and the one assigned this time) snaked the line and that obviously didn't cut it. That company also tried to sell me some unnecessary repairs. I gave Andrew a well-deserved tip (something I always recommend when you get great customer service). He also did a great job of not messing up the garden or squashing the plants in the area of the clean out. And the drains flow better than they have in a long time, and I'm careful about what goes down the drain. My home is 25 years old and I've had no plumbing issues up to now. To summarize: Customer service - A+ Response time - A+ Quality of work - A+ Cleanup before leaving - A+ Communication - A+ I absolutely would call them for any plumbing needs, because they earned my trust, based on their work and the lack of a sales pitch to do more unnecessary work. Chase saved the day! We experienced a random rupture underneath our kitchen sink with water flowing everywhere. I called Chase, and Eric calmly walked me through shutting off the main line and also helped troubleshoot. Once it was clear our issue could not be resolved over the phone Eric was kind enough to fit us into their schedule which was packed from coming back after the holidays. The appointment window was about 2.5 hours away, and to our surprise Eric arrived in a little over 1.5 hours from when I spoke to him! My elderly mother needed help with a leaky toilet. I called Chase Rooter and Plumbing and they were kind enough to send someone over the next day to have a look. They usually charge a minimum for a house call but extended a courtesy initial visit. Eric James, the Service Manger stopped in and noticed it was just a small hose that got disconnected from the toilet tank. Once he plugged that back in, all was well - no more leaks. It's always nerve wrecking when you see a leak in a pipe and need to call a plumber. Can I trust them? Are they going to tell me things I don't need to charge me more? How much is this going to wind up being? Etc. But Chase Rooter and Plumbing had great reviews so I gave them a call on MLK Jr day (holiday). Eric answered right away and was super helpful and easy to chat with. I was able to text him a video of the leak so he could begin to assess and could provide a rough estimate. He was able to come out the next morning and replaced the pipe and some other levers and stuff (very technical terms I know) in less than 30 minutes. He was very honest and upfront about situations that he could find that would increase the cost, so I never felt surprised. In the end, the repair was no more than the original estimate which was great! He lives here in Danville with his family. This is also reassuring that as a part of the community that he both works and lives in, he's not going to burn bridges. I'm very happy with my experience with Chase Plumbing. I had a backup in my kitchen sink and I had another company come snake the drain. The other company said that I needed the line to be hydro jetted to fully clean it and gave a really high price. I decided to shop around and found Chase Plumbing. Really fast response and easy communication with Eric! He gave a much lower quote over text message and was able to come out the next morning. I also felt that he was much more trustworthy than the other companies that I asked for quotes. In the meantime, I had remembered that I had been meaning to replace the shut-off and PRV to the house. Eric and Andrew came over today to address multiple issues we've had around the house. I expected that they would look around maybe fix one of the four problems we had and then reschedule and come back later with a c complete fix. They crawled under the house and inspected the pipes under our clogged tub, they fixed the tub clog, fixed water pipe to our lawn sprinkler leak, replaced a kitchen faucet with a very cramped under sink space, and repaired broken/dripping hose faucet in the backyard. They were friendly, polite, swift and efficient. I felt that the price was very fair for the multiple jobs. They had everything they needed as far as parts and tools to get us up and running again. Eric was always upfront with me on what he suspected the price would be before they came out by and when we ran into issues that drove the cost up a small amount he completely explained everything, and why it was more, before he proceeded with the repairs.
