We had dinner here tonight with another couple. We enjoyed each meal and great portions are served. Two of us had the Pork Chops which were huge! We each brought one home for dinner tomorrow. This place has gone downhill, fast. The last 3 times we've been here the service has been horrible and of the 3 times, 2 times the food was really bad. We ordered appetizers and when we went to pick up 1 woman with kids in her car went in without mask. 2 young men went in without masks. When she brought our order out she was wearing gloves and no mask??? Apparently they have no respect for the quarantine guideline and apparently don't enforce it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The wait staff is extremely rude. They don't listen to anything the customers say. When they get multiple requests for something they just continue to ignore them. I don't know why anyone would ever choose to dine here voluntarily. I highly recommend against it. This is Covid time and none of the staff were wearing masks. The hostess greeted us and took us to our table unmasked and had no concern for social distancing. About half way through our lunch our server would pull her mask up when she got near out table. I went inside to use the restrooms. None of the employees inside were wearing masks and they had customers sitting indoors. read more

I really wanted to like his place. The food was great but the service was a fail. They sat us at a dirty table, the seat had crumbs on them and the appetizer plates were dirty. I had to ask the waitress to wipe the seats for us and replace our appetizer plates. She gave us one clean plate and the other one was dirty, she looked at it and said, "oh ooops how'd that happen." Waitress took the plate back and got another one. My son ordered the Niko burger and asked for no bacon, they put bacon on it. Niko's Tavern just lost my business. I take my family once a week. I sat at the bar waiting on our table, ordered a Long Island. Could not figure out why it was so watered down. I Worked all day needed another, but this time I watched. They serve it with a 1 ounce shot of the 4 liquor mixture combination. 4 liquors in 1 ounce. I paid $5.00 dollars for sugar water. To add insult, the second Long Island came to $6.00, made by a different bartender, still, the watered down fake mixture stuff. When we were seated; I decided to try a different poison. I ordered a Premium, Top Shelf, Margarita. It came with No hint of Liquor. Sugar Water again. By comparison; The delicious, excellently made, Top Shelf Margarita at Pub 47 is $8.00 dollars. The watered down Top Shelf Margarita at Niko's Tavern is $13.00 dollars. They may be crowded now, but it won't last long. read more

We really enjoyed our lunch here. Lots of neat items in the menu. I had a chicken sandwich with avocado, pepper jack cheese (no bread). It comes with cole slaw and I ordered the sweet potatoes fries for an upcharge. This was plenty of food for my toddler and me to split. I hoped so much for this new entity in a nice building that keeps closing restaurants. Had a burger. It was over cooked and so salty I could hardly eat it. My son had a mac and cheeseburger. We went to Niko's after the pumpkin farm. Much smaller than it looks. We had 2 families (party of 5 plus 2 high chairs) and were told 15 - 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later, a party of 5 or so with a baby came in and were seated after 5 minutes. Our group could have fit at the table. We left and won't be back. I would not recommend for families that need high chairs. It would also have been nice for the restaurant to say they can't accommodate our group rather than wasting our time. read more

A repeat customer who will be back. The food is very good as is the beer selection when they actually have what's on the beer list. The service runs hot and cold. We have had amazing servers but have also sat for 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Tonight was disappointing on the server front. Luckily another sever came to our rescue when we were sitting for too long. We asked for extra salsa in place of butter for our potatoes/Salmon . They said they ran out? Being there 3 times! Great patio and a 6 minute walk from my house. The food is ok, however; the service nothing to brag about! A cute young girl with very short -shorts! Acting like a " high school" look at me guys!!!' We sit at patio, order drinks and dinner, she could not figured out who order what, so I though she must be new. I had to flag her to ask for a side of mayonnaise and her reaction was " are you for real ?" ... She never deliver the mayo, I go inside looking for her, and sure enough... there she is at the waitresses station along with the other 6 or so coworkers just " chatting" ! She is more suited to work at Hotters bouncing in her little shorts. Second time there with friends at patio, we order one round of beers, appetizers and next thing we know the waitress comes and slam the check/bill on the table, never ask for a second round or if we wanted to order food! So absolutely rude! Third time, I am coming from work and think... stop there at the bar for one drink and maybe some food. Maybe meet some local people since I am new to the area. Sit at bar and bartender is busy talking to what appear to be her "boyfriend " , she sees me but does not acknowledge me at all, she continue her chatting and about 5 minutes later decide to ask me with a flat sour face " what do you want" , nothing to look at, her appearance is rough and unpleasant, and like if that was not enough... her attitude reminded me that I had a refrigerator full of my favorite German beers at home! I drink one beer, lost my interest in ordering food and she never asked me if I wanted a second drink! I am pointing all this because the place have so much potential and not much more around here, for now that is since the whole area is developing at light speed. Server was rude..was too busy drinking at the bar with the bartender..while we waited 15 minutes to even get an appetizer ordered. The bartender was obviously drunk. Our food was cold..drinks not even close to what we ordered. 2 of the families we came with complained to manager..turns out she was also the bartender. She slurred all her words. Heard arguing between the manager & servers in back. Felt like we had 8th graders taking care of the restaurant. Too bad cuz one of the servers apologized deeply & was basically taking care of most the restaurant. What a huge disappointment. This restaurant is a joke!!! read more
