I bring her outside while my husband gives the dog owner a few words. One of the workers came out to check on us, brought ice and tissues and proceeded to tell us that we "needed to keep a tight leash on our children". Um what? The worker made it known to me that they "were regulars" and know them. I don't see how that makes it okay for two dogs to attack someone relevant. I go inside to confront the man and ask for his number just in case my daughter has severe injuries from the bite, he was extremely rude and didnt have a care in the world about what happened or if my daughter was okay. Hi Wire, is this a place for pets to sit inside with their owners or a place for people to eat, drink and play games? Sure felt very un family friendly.

Teaches Peaches, 1. Watermelon Dragon Fruit Burst. I was familiar with the first three and loved them. I jokingly refer to Wrightsville Beach Orange Crush as creamsicle beer. It isn't too sweet, but the Orange flavor is quite strong. The Waterline Kolsh is light and very easy to drink. The Teaches Peaches is one of my favorites due to its light fruity flavor. The Watermelon Dragon Fruit Burst was a wildcard in Tony's lineup. This sour was a refreshing way to mix up my beer tasting. My friend also got a flight and didn't like one of the beers he chose. Tony swapped it out for a different beer as soon as I told him and the new one was well-received. My favorite part of this visit was that Tony decided to bring me a sample of the 8. Firestone Walker Mind Haze, because it was a non-hoppy IPA and he thought I might like it. It wasn't my fave, but I really appreciated the opportunity to try something new. I snacked on free popcorn all during my visit. The popcorn machine is in the back. Also in the back are single-stall restrooms. Tavern Law has an A+ in my book because they have great local beer on tap and they are gay friendly.

Instead, we felt embarrassed and scolded. The interaction left us so uncomfortable that one member of our party immediately asked for the check and told them we would be leaving before our entrées were even served. Rather than apologizing, showing any empathy, or attempting to salvage the situation, the staff simply brought the bill, set it on the table, and walked away. What was most disappointing wasn't being asked to lower our voices--it was how we were treated afterward. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, even when an awkward situation arises. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that the interaction could have been handled better, and no effort whatsoever to make things right. Given the restaurant's reputation, we expected exceptional food paired with exceptional hospitality. Sadly, while we may never know how the main course would have been, the service ensured we won't be returning.

Beautiful presentation on the soup and an amazing flavor. So delicious. The salad is very large and looked great. They brought out a second basket of bread with delicious herb butter. I really had to stop eating the bread! For entrees, we went with the goat cheese crusted grouper, with had beautiful puréed potatoes and squash and zucchini. I wasn't sure if I would like goat cheese with grouper, but it was a fantastic pairing. The scallops were large and crispy on the outside on top of a spinach risotto. So rich and tasty. The grouper paired well with a Pinot Grigio. The server went over the dessert choices and there were several to choose from. We decided on a chocolate toffee mousse cake. So incredibly rich and delicious. If you love chocolate, get this cake. My hubs and I shared one slice and it was enough after a filling dinner. Jerry's is located in a strip mall near the Wrightsville Beach area. It is very unassuming from the outside but, this place does service, atmosphere and food in high standard.
