Delicious food! Really the only pizza I can eat anymore. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

We had our anniversary dinner here. We love coming for the delicious food and superb staff. We were next to this table of four women who from the get-go were complaining despite it being a popular place on a Friday night in Edmonds- it's common sense it's going to be busy and a decent wait for food. They gathered their things to leave and complained to the waitress after she let them know the meatballs offered to them to compensate for the wait time were free to them (which apparently is wrong for her to clarify that they were free). They were upset more items weren't free and asked for a manager. Rudely explained the situation to the manager and then continued to ask for the owner. Nile came out and professionally mediated the conversation despite the women being obnoxiously Karen-esque. The cherry on top was we were betting on what car they were going to get in after griping and sure enough- the Range Rover was revealed as they walked to their car. Overall we can't wait to come back. We love the staff and no matter the obstacles thrown at them they always handle with grace and more patience than I could ever have. Five stars. read more

I think the phenomenal reviews left by others on this site are from friends of the owner. This pizza was not even good, much less great. We had the meat hanger (?) pizza. I asked for mushrooms to be put on only half, but I'm so "so sorry dahling, Niles Peacock is too precious to accommodate that simple request." Okay, fine. Eviva--the excellent, much better pizza place there before--always did. Pizza came out bland and mushy. Hard to believe it was even wood fired. It was busy though but I'm not sure if it was the food or Edmonds was just looking for the next "cool" hangout. The cocktails we had though were quite good. I had the Netflix and chill and my boyfriend had the upscale margarita. We both loved them and felt that they were worth the $12 each. Service was hit and miss. The servers seem to think that they're working at a fine dining establishment instead of a pizza place. Therefore, not a friendly vibe really. Bottom line--$70 (including the tip) for a small pizza and three cocktails. The pizza was bad so no thank you. Will not go back and would definitely not recommend. read more

Really first-class, and enormously friendly! Still staggering a bit from crowds post prize winning and write-ups - but they handled that well too, and we felt welcomed and were quickly seated outdoors - the tent is nicely warm. We will be back for these delicious pizzas with their marvelous crusts; I plan on working my way through the menu. But please! Work on the website - and enable on-line reservations! For my part - no reservations! Niles Peacock Kitchen and Bar is an ornament to Edmonds, and one of the three best places in town for really distinctively superior dining (along with Salt and Iron, and Charcoal. We were seated outside at 1st but a really loud group of young women got seated next to us and the waitress kindly moved us inside. Loved the drinks and the pizza, the Prosciutt? And the Black Manhattan. Will definitely go back. Walkable from the ferry is a plus as we live in Suquamish. read more

Fantastic food and drinks! My wife and I were visiting old friends in Seattle this week and we heard about Niles Peacock winning the pizza competition in Las Vegas. We remembered meeting Niles when he was the bartender at 190 Sunset. He was incredibly inventive and on top of the amazing cocktails invited us to try his home-made pickled watermelon. Four of us went to the restaurant at about nine in the evening, and the place was packed. It's in an unassuming strip, mall, location, and in addition to the seating inside, there is a tent area outside, and a couple of tables next to the tent with space heaters above them. The drink selection was incredible and inventive, and the pizza was unbelievably good. I make sourdough bread, and his sourdough crust is absolutely the best I've ever tasted. This is truly a five star experience if you enjoy great food and cocktails. Be warned, they don't take reservations, and they fill up quickly. So if you want a quiet, business conversation or a romantic dinner date, this may not be your best option in Edmonds. On the other hand, if you love a happy crowd, a good vibe, great cocktails, and probably the best pizza you'll have in the Pacific Northwest, this is the place for you. go and enjoy. read more

Delicious cocktails are a good enough reason to stop in. We also enjoyed the beet and goat cheese starter and loved the fried cauliflower. We chose a New York style pizza, rather than the deep dish Detroit style. We both thought that the pizza was a little doughy, and not as good as the pizza at Five Bistro or Fire and the Feast. Decent specialty pizzas but they seem to prioritize their eat in crowd so online ordering and pickup experience can be iffy (3rd time ordering and they don't seem to have a good pickup system in place). Well if this place isn't a sign that Edmond's population is swinging younger than I don't know what is! (And I fit that cohort myself!) We had dinner with some friends the other night - with a reservation we were sat outside in the tent. It's a very small place. Now here's the thing - I eat gluten and dairy free myself but the other 3 members of our party did not - so I'm trying to make my review true to everything. We got some of their fancy cocktails which is one of Niles' claims to fame. We all felt like the drinks were just meh - really didn't excite us and when it came to ordering pizza we felt like red wine just would match so much better. The regular pizzas were amazing per my friends, they absolutely devoured it and thought the crust was amazing. I'm not sure why Niles even attempted a Gluten Free crust, it was absolutely awful. Most terrible was that the waiter brought my pizza out completely charred and said that they forgot about it so it got burned but they thought I might still want it, while they worked on a new one. Um no, I don't want to eat burned cardboard and why would you ever serve that to customer?! So, in summary good regular pizza and underwhelming everything else. We are going to stick to Local 104 in Lake Forest Park if we want wood fired pizza and they have a bomb GF crust there too. read more

The weekend special with the cocktail smoke bubble was fantastic. We got the breakfast pizza and the hot wheel with no onions. Both were great but we actually liked the hot wheel more. Our experience with Niles Peacock was nothing short of amazing. We ordered the More Cowbell (and who couldn't use a little more cowbell?). The crust was airy and light with just the right amount of chew. The tomato base tasted fresh and not pasty. The house-made meatballs were top-notch. I can see why he earned first place in Las Vegas! Back the fantastic food up with his award-winning drinks and you have a combination worth driving across town for. He even stopped by our table and visited with us for at least fifteen minutes, sharing stories about how he learned to make pizza and some of his secrets for making drinks.
