I…read morewas on the hunt for this special, New, coffee mate banana bread creamer, and the banana nut M&Ms. I've been looking everywhere and could not find them. I called this Ralphs and talked to a lovely young lady who said they had both in their store! So I came right down soon as I walked in everybody was so friendly they welcomed me. I went to the back where the creamers were and I couldn't find it. There was another wonderful staff woman who said oh let me get you Sam then wonderful Sam came out and he was lovely too, and he brought me right to the creamers we found two of them then we went over and found the banana M&M's! Then I went to check out and there was lovely Renee. I'm not techy or phone savvy so she helped me with all of my Ralph points and card, etc. etc. She was so sweet. Everything was wonderful at this Ralph's. They have an abundance of everything and a lot of the newer items. Then I wanted to let somebody know how great this Ralph's was so they connected me to Janae the manager! I wanted her to know that she has an amazing staff at this Ralphs. She was the manager! She was also so very, very nice so kind ! Now I'm gonna start going there and do my shopping. Everybody was so kind warm, friendly and extremely helpful and I was able to get all my items. First they charged me the wrong price for the cake, they put it in a cake box that was too small borders on cake were ruined. The part that made me the most upset was they made the wrong cake flavor! I usually shop at Amazon Fresh because there's no line, it's less crowded and I can ring myself up or have the robot shopping cart do it and be on my way. This Sprouts is equally a pleasant shopping experience. Normally if I get coffee, I'd order from Klatch using their app then pick it up in store and be on my way, but the last two times I needed groceries and decided to get them here since I picked up my coffee here and to save me a trip to Amazon Fresh. After picking up my coffee, I was looking at my phone at a TikTok for ingredients and an employee walked up concerned and asked me if everything was ok since I was kind of hovering by the end of the aisle. I let her know I was ok and that I was just looking down at my phone, I wasn't sad and we had a chuckle. Once I figured out what I needed I turned down the pasta aisle and another one of the employees was going down that aisle at the same time and greeted me and asked if I found everything ok and I said, yes, thank you! I was honestly there for about 15 minutes and it felt like everyone was making sure I was ok and that's the other reason why I would shop here over Amazon Fresh. I was told by this couple that I know that shops here religiously that they have very good deals on Tuesday? Something about checking the ends of the aisles or you can find deeply discounted items here. Parking here can get a little crazy and nowt hey have Tesla chargers at the end of the lot so it's a little busier with that traffic, but I've always been able to find a good parking spot. It's nowhere near as bad as Costco and Amazon Fresh across the street.

Amazon returns made easy!…read more Gone are the days where I have to go to the post office for returns. OR to Kohls. Now, it's at Amazon fresh! Super easy process too. You don't have to have the box or labels. Just roll up with the item and your return code. Done! It's super quick and pain free lol I will say, there is always a line at this location. It typically goes pretty fast though- so that is nice. Plan to wait a few minutes in line. Then do your drop off and you good. Sometimes, I will grab a couple things afterwards. If we are out of milk or butter, I will grab that on my way out. The store is very clean. Service is good. They have a full-blown grocery store and the prices are decent. When you do returns, you sometimes get coupons for groceries too. That's awesome!

Some other employees could need a little bit of more training some of them act like they just hate being there. There's a Starbucks guy Latino looking guy with a beard usually works the night shift. That boy needs a little bit more of a training. He's just always rude. I stopped ordering from there if he's there. but it is what it is. I'll take my business elsewhere when it comes to my coffee. It's a clean store but when it comes to the restroom they need to pay a little bit more attention. The toilet paper is always on the floor. And always stinks other than that.
