Amazon returns made easy! Gone are the days where I have to go to the post office for returns. OR to Kohls. Now, it's at Amazon fresh! Super easy process too. You don't have to have the box or labels. Just roll up with the item and your return code. Done! It's super quick and pain free lol I will say, there is always a line at this location. It typically goes pretty fast though- so that is nice. Plan to wait a few minutes in line. Then do your drop off and you good. Sometimes, I will grab a couple things afterwards. If we are out of milk or butter, I will grab that on my way out. The store is very clean. Service is good. They have a full-blown grocery store and the prices are decent. When you do returns, you sometimes get coupons for groceries too. That's awesome! read more

I am very fortunate to have an Amazon fresh store near me and it took me a while to actually go in and find that out. To my surprise, it is the cleanest most organized store I've been in. All of the employees are super friendly and welcoming and helpful. They have everything in the world you could possibly want and wait for it.... The cheapest prices I've found on groceries in any market! Read that again! From fabulous Produce to excellent meats and seafood and bakery to prepped foods for the week or a salad bar or a cooked food section, did I mention pizza by the slice? I could go on forever, but you'll have to check it out yourself. I was hesitant on spilling the news for fear that it might become too crowded and I won't get all of my good deals lol read more

I waited for their pizza station to open at 11am to order a whole pizza. When 11am passed, no one came out so I had to ring their bell and ask around for an employee to take my pizza order. When someone finally comes out, they said the pizza station is closed today. The reason being they ran out of cheese. This is a grocery store, Amazon Fresh sells tons of cheese and could easily use that. But they said no and would not be selling pizza today. A sign that states this would've been helpful to put out so that I wouldn't have had to wait around until the pizza station opened. This isn't the first time too that they have a reason to close their pizza station for the day. Two other times, they said they ran out of pizza boxes and the pizza machine wasn't working. read more

Went to return some Amazon stuff. Guy at counter said they're not taking returns there at the moment and directed me to an aisle between 8 & 9. I went and didn't see anyone. I asked the guy standing at the entrance. Without letting me finish my question he started saying I would need to cancel and redo the return. I'm like "Huh?! Why would I wanna do that?! I just need to drop these off. Already did the return on the app." But he didn't seem to understand or care and gave me an attitude while giving answers to questions I didn't ask. It was so weird. I just walked away at that point and wandered around looking for this mysterious person doing returns in aisle 8 or 9. I finally found him - he was standing in a spot that couldn't have been seen from where I was talking to Mr. Attitude. I finally was able to do my return with this other employee. He was nice. Huge store. Like other Amazon fresh stores, it has the vibe of a fulfillment center rather than a place where you walk around and browse. I came in shortly before closing and was able to find what I need quickly. I will say there were a number of employees who said good night or greeted me on my way out, which I appreciated! I went to Amazon Fresh already feeling unwell, acid reflux with mild chest pain. As I entered the store, it worsened, and a mild panic attack started to kick in. Anyone with GERD and panic attacks knows how frightening that combination can be. I took several antacid but desperately needed water to wash it down. A young man named Jacob greeted me at the door. I asked if there was drinking water, and he pointed to where bottled water was sold. I explained that I was having a medical issue and just needed a cup of water; anything, even tap water, to take my medication. He politely said there was no free drinking water, but added, "Let me see what I can do." I waited and saw him running around the store. A few minutes later, he returned with a large 33-ounce bottle of water. When I told him it was too much and asked where it came from, he said he bought it himself and just wanted to help. With that, I was able to take my medicine, felt much better, and went inside to shop. I thanked Jacob repeatedly, but he kept saying it was no problem and that he was glad to help. He has no idea how much his kindness meant in that moment. Jacob went above and beyond in providing top notch customer service, and Amazon Fresh should be proud to have him. This was my first time shopping at an Amazon Fresh, as the previous times I only visited to return items. It's extremely clean and well-kept inside, so I can see why they're doing another grand opening. The self-check out area was easy to use (they have the option to pay using your palms), and they had some decent items in the clearance section that wasn't expiring soon. It also wasn't crowded, and it's a decent-sized supermarket. I was initially scared to enter since I'm not a Prime member, and it seemed kind of exclusive, but I definitely need to check out the La Habra location more. read more

Amazon fresh personal shoppers are ona different level. I had picked up my package from this location a while back and decided to buy some bananas. Unfortunately, I left my package at the produce section. I came back and the my amazon package was gone! In a matter a of a few minutes!!! I started asking around and an employee suggested I go to the manager who happens to be standing by the front entrance. Manager didn't seem to care and I was just told no one brought anything to her. I then decided to go around and look at people's carts and was hoping someone had found it. I go around and find an amazon personal shopper with my package in his cart and it didn't appear he was going to give it to lost and found. I then approached him and asked if he found it in the banana section, and he said "yes". I told him it's mine and he gave it back to me. Today, i bought sushi from there. The sushi isn't edible at all and the rice was so hard that it seems like it's old. So, what's going on?!? Mind you, I don't dislike amazon fresh as I come here all the time. Parking can be challenging sometimes since it's next to a Costco. Prices are generally higher than a normal grocery store. They have some good sales though when they appear to be getting rid of items. My biggest issue is the cart. While I love the concept of the smart cart and what should be a frictionless experience, it doesn't work great. If there is an item that shows an Amazon Prime discount, but the cart doesn't pick up that price, there is no way for an employee to change it through the smart cart. Instead you have to go to a register to have someone manually override the price. Defeats the purpose of the cart, right? read more

COOK THE CHICKEN Yes they have take & bake bread but the rotisserie chicken is too. I've purchased several times & not ONCE was it fully cooked. You can tell because the chicken skin isn't even really brown, it's read by all the bones. You need to pop it in the air fryer at least 20 more minutes at 370° ....or, hear me out, COOK THE CHICKEN LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE COOKED. You can stab the meat to see if it's at the right temperature ALL THE WAY THROUGH, you can also just look at it to see that the skin is still WHITE. Everything else is overpriced. All "ready to go" food really isn't but the chicken is mostly RAW. The employees are nice & do their best, ONLY REASON it's 2 stars. This is by far our favorite AF location to shop at after having been to many other locations so I'm surprised it's only a 3 star! Staff by the front their greeters are always friendly & helpful. They make you feel very welcome. The selection is always great especially to sale items. The store is always clean & tidy. There's always staff around the store if you ever needed help. The only thing it's located next to Costco so parking can be quite challenging at times. We are from the other side of town & totally don't mind making the drive to this location to shop on a weekly basis! read more

I've never been in an Amazon Fresh before. I was really surprised how clean and inexpensive their prices were. Also the size of the store was surprising. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome so right off the bat that was different. I needed help finding an item and the worker I asked walked us halfway across the store and found it for us. Check out was also fast and convenient despite all the people who were shopping. It's a bit farther than my normal grocery store but I may start shopping here moving forward. Plus I'm an Amazon prime member so the added perks were worth the extra drive time. read more

Like a mini Whole Foods Amazon Style. I use the hi-tech carts which are cool. I bring my own bags and fill them up as I shop. I love skipping the check out, literally. Wish Aldi was like this. The restroom is clean. They They seem to react to my purchases and have more like-minded items with every visit. I stumbled upon it when I went to Costco right next door and it was closed. While I find in on the expensive side vs. Stater Bros etc., they have lots of unique items and foods. Think a step down from Whole Foods. We do find lots of killer sale items often. read more

UPDATE: so I figured out a few things. You can usually get $10 off your $50 purchase either by adding a coupon via the Amazon app or sometimes employees will have coupons for this specifically. I was able to pay for my groceries using an Amazon gift card I received via e-mail, just by selecting this as the payment method in the app. I still haven't gotten a grasp on the sales. I find you just have to go and see for yourself to see what's on sale and what isn't. I needed Dijon mustard for a recipe and the 365 brand was listed at normal price and this other brand, APlenty had honey Dijon mustard in a glass jar, on sale for $1.49 and it's normally $3.39. Some other items I've scored, Pure Spring Tree Maple Syrup for on sale for $4.87, normal price $7.48 and there were even cheaper bottles of pure maple syrup, but someone got to it first and cleaned out the entire shelf! I was able to snag a box of family size graham crackers for $1.15 and a normal box costs about $5.00. My last grocery haul was 17 items with a subtotal of $53.22 and after all the discounts my total was $36.95 which was a total savings of $16.46. I literally just clipped one coupon ($10 of $50) and the rest of the savings came from store discounts. Still would recommend shopping here just for the peace and quiet of it all and no wait in line. read more

Tried to buy flu medicine at self checkout. My ID was needed, and I asked the employee why my ID was needed, he rudely said he didn't know. We got into a heated argument in the store and yelled at each other from across the way. I gave him my ID and he didn't even check the date because he input a different year than what was on my ID. Employees should at least know their own products and the reasons behind purchases. I'm sure customers in the store were shocked to see an employee and customer getting into that much of a heated argument. read more

I am a regular customer and appreciate many things about your store, including the high-quality products, clean environment, and the computerized carts. My main concern is the Amazon.com order pickup process. The scanning and confirmation are consistently slow, often delaying my pickup until after 9:30 PM. This makes it difficult to meet Amazon's two-day delivery promise and hinders my ability to shop in-store while there. This delay seems to work against the service's goal of attracting more customers. While the store's prices are much higher than some competitors, the quality of products and the pleasant shopping environment often may justify the cost. Most of the staff are wonderful--respectful, friendly, and attentive, however, I've had a few unpleasant encounters with some managers, particularly a couple of the female managers, who come across as having inflated egos and harsh attitudes. I believe additional training in professional communication and customer service would be highly beneficial for these managers. Recently, I had a very positive interaction with Michael, a male manager, who was incredibly helpful, warm, and respectful. He is a great example of the kind of leadership that sets a positive tone. Similarly, Tony is consistently friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Both Michael and Tony are true assets to this store, and I hope their efforts are recognized. By addressing the Amazon pickup delays and ensuring all managers meet the high standard of service demonstrated by individuals like Michael and Tony, this store could go from good to truly great. read more

This Fresh is one of the bigger locations among the nearby neighborhoods. Amazon fresh stores are just not good for me to do a full grocery shopping! Although the stocks were full but a lot of organic and non organic stuffs were mixed together. So it was very inconvenient for me to pick and choose. Also Amazon cart didn't work so it was a waste of time to do all that self help grocery shopping! We still had to go through register in the end. Less healthier and non GMO product choices didn't help either. The staffs here were very friendly though and the entire store was very clean. I think I will just stick to Whole Foods for a full grocery shopping forever! read more

Their Supreme Pizza slice is good, and the sushi also fresh! A lady told me that the crust is so moist, it's not hard and the flavor is just right, not too much it's just right! Apparently it's true! It is that good, the sushi is also good! We took the hybrid Ichi platter #2 it's fresh and the ginger slice is fresh Groceries in the other hand is somewhat ¢25 - $1 more expensive than other grocery store, but the freshness is good! We'll, I'm very disappointed and upset went I inside like always in the first thing is go to the Salad and soup bar it's my favorite place they always have a great chili turkey just awesome and I add a big salad too get some veggies pizza, So now I notice it's gone they said they discontinued it, I ask the Employee why they did that just shock been going there since opening one of my favorite store then you closed other one in La Habra it's closed for permanent so my question what the hell did that just really very upset what was a reason to discontinued salad bar in Fullerton. This really piss me off the this company makes billion dollars in market and shut down and discontinued it. Just fucking great thanks a lot Amazon so now there's no soup or salad bar nearby me except in 15 miles from my house to up to Brea which is too far from me to Whole Foods. Got to shop in an Amazon Fresh place for the first time! It was pretty cool. I find it amazing how you just need to scan a code and poof! You're in! You scan the items in the cart and they shop up on the screen. The shopping cart is heavier than usual shopping carts though. It was harder to turn haha. Once you're done, you go to the Amazon dash cart lane and check out. Done! Pretty cool. But the items can be pricey. Some are cheaper but it all depends. You can also shop even without an Amazon account, like the usual grocery stores. It was nice to experience once! (no pictures) read more

I brought my Amazon item to be returned to the Amazon Fresh Store on Harbor Blvd in Fullerton. I was told they were not accepting any returns because they did not have any "boxes" and that I would have to return "tomorrow". I went to Kohls, and was greeted wonderfully and returned my item which was unopened, and in a box. I will not shop At Anaheim Fresh. Poor customer service. read more

I don't know why people are complaining about this grocery store, it's incredible! All the workers are super friendly and the store is kept very clean and organized. The grocery selection is nearly endless and the hot food stations are great. For lunch I often enjoy a NY sized slice of pizza for 2 bucks! What's great is they change up the pizza toppings for their ready-made pizza by the slice so I never get tired of the pizza choices! Another visit I only paid 6 bucks for a huge dinner plate complete with half a chicken, brussel sprouts, and scalloped potatoes. The prices of the grocery items are also great. The manager (who is in side of the casher station in the picture) scanned all of my items ($160 value) for 4 times! Sadly in the end she told me that my prime card didn't work. :( I literally used the same card in the Cerritos store at the same week. It took her 20 mins to scan all my items and told me something wrong with my prime card and is not their system fault. She gave a bad tone and attitude during the whole 20 mins. I felt so embarrassed and really uncomfortable since is in front of everyone. I mean no matter whose fault it is, as an Amazon Fresh manager she should speak more professionally and nicer to their customers. The manager also gave me wrong information. I suppose to receive a $20 coupon on my next purchase if I use my prime card. But since she kept telling me my prime card didn't work so I had to use another credit card. I asked her can I still receive the coupon she said yes very rudely. But two weeks passed I didn't received any thing. Absolutely hate the guy who manages the dash cart. He is like 5-10 ish, Latin/Italian looking guy, kinda fit. He doesn't smile or appear friendly. He already had his attitude judgement forward face on. I had a coupon misunderstanding and he made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Why is he making me feel like shit. All the other locations are friendly and sweet. I love the Amazon fresh in general but every time I see that guy. I tense up. This guy made me so uncomfortable several times. I can't complain on their app because it won't let me. Why is using a coupon on a dash cart a crime? Why do you care so much about a coupon. Is his the coupon police? Is it worth that he turns away customers. I hope this guy sees this yelp. I hope he knows he makes me so uncomfortable. I am writing this review at 8:40pm on vday because I feel so helpless. Go away. Great selection of products and even better sale items throughout the store but uninformed employees. I came in to see the Kindle display they've had since they opened and it was gone. I walked around the entire store looking for it and couldn't find it. I stopped an employee to ask her if they had gotten rid of the display. She had no clue what a Kindle was. I had to explain that it was an Amazon reading device. She finally understood what a Kindle was after some back and forth and said the display has been gone a little while. How do Amazon employees not know what a Kindle is and why would Amazon get rid of the display? Amazon doesn't have physical book stores anymore to display Kindles and the display models are so locked down and on demo mode at local Best Buy stores you can't do anything with them. read more

I had to come to this store to make a return, and wished I hadnt lagged so much on making my return so I could have discovered it a few days earlier! The store is HUGE, and I had no idea it was a legit grocery store! I didn't have to wait in line long to make the return and even got a coupon for $10 off a purchase $40 or more! I had to check out the entire store because I was quite intrigued by it! They have food bars with things like fried chicken, rice, orange chicken, pizza, salad, you name it.. they've got it. The salad bar was lacking but the taste of the orange chicken compensates for that. The store was clean, had an amazing variety & the employees were kind! read more

Store experience was very fast and efficient. Not very crowded and very roomy aisles. One exception was that they sold bags of moldy cheese curds. I feel as if staff should monitor the perishable items more closely, especially the cheeses for signs of mold. The produce aisle was great though, no mold, and all the produce were fresh and great quality. read more
