I've been to Franklin's in Austin and Terry Blacks. That's the bar, and welp this fell short. Pros: great deal for the sampler, ribs, brisket, pulled pork and turkey with two Hawaiian rolls for $35. Customer service was fantastic. They accept zelle, cash app, Venmo, PayPal, cash and take card. The turkey was juicy and prob something I'd go back for.Awesome set up too. Cons: the brisket lacked salt. It was tender but flavorless, could barely even taste the smoke on it. The beans were good, but a tad of salt would go along way but perfect amount of smoke. The ribs. I had the baby back. It was close to comp ribs, where you can see the teeth marks but again lacking season and the smoke flavor was nice here but still a little too chewy for me. When serving to public just give us fall off the bone when it comes to ribs. The pulled pork also was lacking salt. Very bland and very little smoke flavor. Some bites were juicy and others were dry. Here Iam being that guy. As a former bbq comp pit competitor I appreciate the Grind, hustle and service. But with that same hat, take this with a grain of salt, but some salt would go a long way. Yeah, NO. Definitely don't recommend. I stopped by and got the platter, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken legs, small side of Mac and cheese and a small side of hot links. Definitely a disappointment. Pulled pork has no flavor. Chicken legs, dry. Ribs, dry. Mac and-cheese tasted watered down. The 10 dallar side hot links, cold and mushy they weren't cooked properly. And what I was looking forward the most. Brisket, no brisket in my platter. Nothing but fat. Big blobs of fat. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid. read more

(I couldn't read what their tent said) few days later someone in a local fb page posted about it and posted their menu... I showed my dad and we went that day, bummer they were sold out but that means a good thing! So I inquired about placing an order for the next day (today) & the owner helped and guided me on how to order! We went today and ordered the farmhouse! (Such a good deal for the amount of food) the packaging the customer service was amazing when we pulled up, he even remembered me from the day before! Tried Nini'a for BBQ and it was a solid experience overall. I had the ribs, brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. The ribs were tender with great flavor, the brisket was juicy and well-smoked, and the chicken was nicely cooked with a good balance of seasoning. The only downside was the pulled pork, which was a bit dry compared to the rest. Still, everything else made up for it, definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for BBQ. read more

I found Nini's BBQ at a Baseball Festival called, Sip n' Swing at Storm Stadium today in Lake Elsinore. I ordered the BBQ Sampler for $14.99, let me tell you it was tender pulled pork, and tender brisket just as it's described. It's really made heartfelt. The beans as well had the perfect combination to mix with the rolls and make a perfect slider. I really like the flavor and the tang that I tasted. You also get a huge portion of pulled pork and brisket, I would definitely order the BBQ Beans by itself and eat it alone it was so good. The staff, and owner were really kind people and I would definitely eat with them again and because I opted in to your newsletter I'll get updates about future events that you'll be attending. The booth itself was well organized and clean and I did not have to wait long for my food, and they were patient with me while I told them what I wanted. I did note that I would leave you a Google Review, but because Nini's BBQ does not have a page on Google to display them as a business I couldn't do it. Got there close to closing time and when I got home the ribs and chicken from the sample plattet were inedible. Rock hard, dry and flavorless. Why would the staff serve that food to a new customer. I tried to support a local business , but will not be going g back after this experience. read more

I went to their pit that was parked behind Ralph's last month in the afternoon. The bbq was pretty much inedible. The brisket was grey and mushy and their ribs were dry and over cooked. I tried to cover it in there bbq sauce, because it was pretty good, but ended up throwing away most of it. Over priced a 10x worse than bbq most people could do at home. Sorry but it's the truth. They should pay more attention to the quality of there product and less time shooting fireballs out of there smoker. read more

We stopped next to Ralph's, friendly customer service. Brisket was grey, tasted like old meat, no flavor, they shredded it and covered in sauce, didn't help. Pulled pork was really dry, some of the ribs were over cooked and some under cooked. The Mac and cheese wasn't good at all, tasted sour and like cheap cheese. I wanted to like this food, but just couldn't. I've had bbq all over southern California, Texas and other states. Sad to say it was almost inedible. Hmmmm, how to say this without being a flaccid penis... when it comes to food in Menifee area I'm seriously convinced that people don't know what good food is. The best thing about Nini's BBQ, is the smell it's self. Like a few others said, it's simply just is NOT good. Pulled pork sandwhich, no seasoning. Brisket is tasteless and drowned in sauce. Hot link was def not grilled but boiled and again drowned in sauce. The Mac and cheese, very disappointing. The noodles were not all the way cooked (again without seasoning) and the flavorless cheese was poured on top and not touching the bottom. The buns were not toasted and roll were Hawaiian bread newly purchased from the Ralph's. I hate spending money on tasteless food and more so food that is not worth the money! Please people consider air frying a seasoned steak before going to this spot! read more

My daughter won a BBQ dinner during one of our Red Cross meetings. They delivered it this evening. We got big pans each of ribs, brisket, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes.
