From start to finish, the experience was seamless - communication leading up to the event was clear, friendly, and super reassuring. I did some other research on different companies in the area and this was the easiest to order from and get estimates. Day of, the chefs showed up early, got set up quickly, and were ready to go right on time. The food was fantastic and there was so much of it - we were still enjoying leftovers for many meals afterwards. Beyond the food, the entertainment really made the night. The chefs were hilarious, engaging, and kept the whole group laughing with plenty of surprises sprinkled throughout the evening. This is such a great option for a big group and made the celebration feel extra special without having to leave the house. Highly recommend booking two chefs if you can - it keeps service moving quickly and doubles the entertainment value. Would absolutely book again and recommend to anyone looking to do something fun and memorable.

I'm write restaurant reviews for a living and was not quite sure what to expect but Jim was spectacular. Our group included 9 adults and 5 children. For breakfast we awoke to breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage and made to order omelettes customized to order. Lunch was a delicious halibut ceviche and tostones (smashed fried plantains) with a spring salad topped with mango, red peppers, sunflower seeds and goat cheese. Dinner was a surf and turf of beef tenderloin with a chimichuri sauce, whipped potatoes, fresh zucchini, and grilled halibut. The plating was beautiful and the tenderloin was cooked to perfection. The charred bok choy was a new taste to me, brilliant. Followed by the best Key Lime Pie I've ever had in mason jars. Day 2: Chef Jim continued to impress. Avacado toast appetizers fabulous. Dinner of beef tenderloin with chimchurri - the meat was like butter. Silken mash potatoes and grilled veggies were massive hit even with the kids! Dairy free lava cake for dessert super fantastic. Day 3: He cooked pork belly for 30 hours in a sous vide. After one bite of his pork belly in Char Siu sauce my wife said, "just when you think it can't be any better, he does it again." Day 4: We will finish our family trip with a Seafood Boil. Can't wait. His menu offerings provide a nice ecclectic list of choices from super healthy vegan to what can satisfy the demanding carnivore. I hope to have the opportunity to hire him again in the future.
