Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. The water is self-serve. There are cups and a sport cooler in front of the counter.

Their website allows you to order online for pickup/delivery past their opening hours, "confirms" that your order's been placed, but since the restaurant is closed, your food won't actually be made... They do provide refunds the next day though! My boyfriend and I still decided to give their food a try despite the order mishap, and I'm really glad we did. The chicken sandwiches are expensive, but have HUGE portions and are very tasty! I love the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich and their mac and cheese, which has an amazing consistency and taste (although it's expensive for portion size). If you're craving a good chicken sandwich - with crispy chicken and full of flavor - this is the place to get it!! Just make sure you pay attention to their hours.

This restaurant is PERFECT! Willie was our server. He remembered everything we ordered, and always was personable and attentive. New Heights Grill has been a favorite of mine for many years. I love the informal atmosphere right in the Cedar Lee district. Dessert is always the smile-maker as an enormous stainless steel bowl is plopped on the table, filled with chocolate candies. What a great place!

It has the neighborhood dive feel I love SO FREAKING MUCH. Like, I guarantee you there's a guy named Gary who comes in there 5 times a week who sits down at the bar and just gets handed the same beer he gets every time he's in there. There are probably ten Garys, actually. I loved the vibes. The service was friendly, and the table we sat at was clean. The food was disappointing. Looking back, we should've ordered something a bit more... pub food-like? A burger, chicken wings, something along those lines. My wife hadn't had lunch, and she ordered a steak and potatoes, and I needed to get some sleep before working late so I ordered on the lighter side, a chicken wrap of some kind from the specials. Both were mistakes, They were cooked properly, but her steak was not a great piece of meat, and my wrap was just chicken, chorizo, and cheese on a tortilla. It needed some veg or a sauce or something. We're going to go back and give this place another shot, because I want SO MUCH for it to be good. I'm going to check through the other reviews to see what others really liked. This place has the potential to be a regular stop just based on the vibes, which I love, love, love.

There are tons of food options including pizza, pasta, poutine, sandwiches, salads, and a huge variety of desserts. It's definitely one of those places where everyone can find something they like which makes it great for groups. I decided to try the chicken shawarma poutine, and even though it sounded a little different at first, it ended up being absolutely delicious. The fries were crispy, the chicken was flavorful, and the toppings all came together perfectly. I noticed a lot of other unique dishes at different stalls too which makes me want to go back and try more. The prices were very reasonable as well especially for the quality and portion sizes. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. There was live music playing, which gave the whole place such a lively and fun vibe. You can even order a beer and just walk around or head outside to enjoy it in the fresh air. Between the food variety, affordable prices, and the relaxed but energetic setting, I think this spot is perfect for a casual meal or even a night out with friends. I'll definitely be going back!

It's night and day from this location in South Euclid. This location opened fairly recently in 2023, which is not too new to have such a terrible experience. I walked in and was greeted, which was promising. I reviewed the menu, selected my previous favorite, and was ready to order. The employee working on someone else's burrito, told me to step by "Order Here" sign multiple times. I wasn't able to advance anywhere near the cash register. She then said something completely unclear multiple times and kept up wrapping her burrito. No "I'll be right with you," just mumbling. A second associate then joined her behind the counter. They then proceeded to socialize with each other and completely ignored me. There was no attempts to take my order, complete checkout, or anything. There was no estimated wait time. I'm almost certain that no customer will hang out at the burrito place all afternoon hoping to place an order. Finally I asked whether I can place an order. Both associates looked at me with surprise like it's an unusual question. Even after asking there was zero progress made with starting my order. I decided that this is my cue to understand that I'm unwelcome and leave. While the concept of beach-inspired Mexican cuisine with tropical flavors is fun, it's not fun enough to wait forever for. I won't be stopping in again. I'm sharing this experience in hopes of other customers receiving a more courteous experience.

It was unclear the size of each entree so we had to guess and hope it was enough. My food was tasty but pricey. I would consider coming back, not soon though. The location was clean and bright. He was able to eat in two different sessions.
