Had the unfortunate experience of having Safelite replace our vehicle's windshield. Windshield is…read morefine but the Technician damaged the hood somehow. The hood sat flush before it was worked on and now is raised up/bent on the driver side. Almost looks like the hood was shut with a tool underneath it. Have photos of it undamaged prior to the service but Aaron (Manager) denied the claim claiming the Tech had photos of the damage at time of service before working on it. Sent some awful picture that doesn't show or prove that - nor does it show a date/time stamp. Would love to see a side view pic that shows the damage before service and I'd be happy to revise this review. The Technician's Pre and Post Inspections show NO DAMAGE to hood. I'm honestly not surprised that Safelite refuses to take accountability but it's a really sad and pathetic way to do business. In closing, DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you do opt to use Safelite, TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR VEHICLE BEFOREHAND and make sure it is in the exact same condition after service before the Technician leaves.

If we owned an off road vehicle that might have help getting there. Then the windshield has some kind of stain / handprint on or in the laminated class that appears during the rain or when the glass is Foggy. The mobile tech appeared at our home and tried cleaning it but will have to wait for bad weather. Next there is a plastic piece that covers the wires for the windshield mirror that was broke and when driving away on there street conveniently fell off. The mobile tech said he present the issue to the manager, 6 weeks later no follow up. So for convenience I'd say 4 stars. Service and follow up negative 3 stars. Total review, 1 star.....

The cost was fair…read moreand competitive; they were also able to squeeze me in the next day which I appreciated since I just purchased the vehicle and didn't want to ride around feeling exposed. ;-) The building was a little hard to find because maps drops you off on the opposite side of where you should actually arrive which wasn't a big deal, I called them and was told to pull around the corner . . . just something to keep in mind. If you plan to wait, there is an area inside with ac, a few chairs and a couch. I got the two front windows and front windshield tinted with ceramic and it took about an hour. Harley Quinn looks much better now! They have good reviews for a reason, highly reccommend!
