Things only got worse when my car was accidentally placed in Copart's possession, which delayed the release another 4 days. I responded to that text that i just need to know what tome they open, and no response. I ended up leaving at 10:15 a.m. after waiting over 2 hours in their parking lot. This man still has not responded to my text message nor has he returned my call. It's now 11:15 a.m. and still no response. Although this company has great reviews, I believe everything happens for a reason. I am taking this as a sign that using them would've been a mistake.
