Not very pleased with the work done. Had to take my vehicle back. I wish I I hadn't rated caliber collision before examining my vehicle. The adjuster asked me to rate him 10 out of 10. Next time I won't be in such a rush to give anybody a great review until I thoroughly examine the workmanship. Who has the time to be going back and forth when the job should have been done correctly the first time. Actually, it's still not 100%. The worst part is, I turned this claim into my insurance which will go against me. Sadly, Allstate paid Caliber Collision nearly $2000 for substandard work. To add insult to injury this was a relatively small job. Thank goodness for that!! read more

Morning, on 5/8/2025 I took my car to Caliber Collision to have some repairs and in that process I met a young man named Evan Parra who was assigned to be my Service Advisor through this process. Right from the moment I met him he was the kindest young man I have ever met.!!! Extremely Professional, Polite and sincerely Compassionate of my circumstances. I need to revise my 5 star review. It's been a few months and still no response from Crystal after i called her and emailed her about my concerns regarding the quality of the work done on my Car. I'm uploading pictures to show what I was talking about. Paint wasn't a perfect match. My car has some strips along the side that are now gone and she completely denied it and promised to call me back. I also got my car back with a huge bolt in the tire and the bumper was not snapped on properly. I've been patient, not pressing the issue but I'd like my car fixed properly. I had a previous incident with the front bumper replaced and another collision company did not remove that strip along the side of my car. Im not sure why Calliber removed it and denied removing it. also they painted right over the adhesive and you can see the imperfections. I left my car Jan 29 it is now feb 22 my car was only messed up from the front bumper and hood I was told my car was going to be ready the 21 on Friday so I call the Thursday to see if it's almost done they said yea there's just 1 more part missing it should be in tmr which is Friday and it should be done, Friday comes I hear absolutely nothing so I wait till Saturday today I call and they said it's still not ready the guy that fixing isn't even there, so I'm not understanding why you guys are lying to ur customer and not communicating if my car wasn't going to be ready on time how come I was notified, do all you guys care about is getting the money from the insurance you guys don't care about good customer service? read more

I was involved in an accident with my new Toyota Camry. ALL my passenger side was impaired. I was very picky with what shop to take my car too because of the specific new color that Toyota came out with. I brought my car to Caliber Collision in San Bernardino. The specialist who helped us was Fabian Melendez. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I just wanted to express my appreciation to Crystal and the Caliber Collision team. She was very informative, consistent with keeping me updated with the repairs on my car. At first I was a little confused because initially I was under the impression that my car would be ready sooner than later especially since I was told they had the parts. However, after finding out that my car had internal damage and it would be longer for the repair along with the fact they had to order the parts, I felt more at ease that my car was fully going to get repaired. It took 3 long weeks before I had my car back. Although it took awhile any questions I had Crystal was able to answer in a timely manner and reassured me that she was doing everything to make sure that my car was repaired correctly and safely for me. My car was initially scheduled to be ready for 1/29 it ended up being ready on 1/30 because of the paint process and cleaning. The day I picked up my car I couldn't be more grateful and excited that my car was washed, ready and looked the way it did. Driving off I felt I was driving away in a brand new car. This place is a joke. They told me they'd have my car for a month, and then extended it for a couple days, and then a couple more days, which turned out to be 2 more weeks. (may 8th until june 22nd). on top of that, they didn't really communicate with me about what was going on, or with the insurance. the insurance assumed i had received my car already and was wondering why i still had the rental. they would tell me my car was "forsure going to be done" on a specific day and the day would come and they'd be like oh wait actually, you need a new tire, etc. They probably told me about 10 different times when my car would be "done". It was so unprofessional. On top of that, once i received my car, it makes a weird noise whenever i turn my AC on now. A weird buzzing noise. I also had a folder in the back of my trunk with important documents and when I got my car back all the papers were out of the binder and thrown around everywhere like if it was ravaged through. it was ridiculous. I would also call for updates and they'd always "have to call me back". i would have to keep calling 3-4x in a day just for an update or response about what's going on with my car. Tbh, would not recommend this place to anyone. So unprofessional here. Also, they kept changing the repair estimate like 3 times with my insurance. The two people helping with my claim were Fabian and Evan just FYI. read more

My experience with Caliber has been mixed, but ultimately was negatively affected by a recent experience. For reference, I had the misfortune to hit roadside obstacles with my bumper twice in the past year, causing similar damages in both instances. I had wildly different experiences, hence my mixed review. 1) The first visit was exceptional. They did delay 3 weeks to get the parts in, but they made the car look excellent, and even detailed the interior! I would rate this experience 5/5, and I was happy to find a shop that I could trust 2) The second visit was very subpar. After the first experience I thought that I finally found a body shop that I could trust, but they changed some policies very recently that made Caliber no longer my first choice. First, it took 2 days to even get in to schedule an estimate, which is below industry standards. Second, once I got in, they said that they can NO LONGER PRE ORDER PARTS. Knowing that last time I was here, the pre order process took 3 weeks, I did not want to be in a position where I did not have a car for 3 weeks while they were waiting for parts and not even working on the car. I explained to the staff that I need my car for work and could not be in a position where I do not have a car for an indefinite amount of time, but they were not willing to provide any sort of time estimate. This was a deal breaker, so I found another shop that was willing to see me that day, and turned my car around within the week. (Road Collision Center if anyone is curious, they did a great job for half the price). Bottom Line. Caliber does good work, but their new policies do not make sense. If you are going through insurance and have rental coverage and don't mind waiting an indefinite amount of time to get your car back, I would still recommend caliber. But for anything out of pocket, or if your car is still running enough that you can drive it while the parts are being ordered, I would avoid Caliber until their policies change back to serving customers. read more
