I've visited government offices, airports, and DMV locations that were more organized and efficient than your store. The fact that customers are expected to stand in separate lines for flower, concentrates, edibles, and then yet another line just to pay is genuinely impressive in all the wrong ways. By the time I finished my purchase, I felt like I had completed a scavenger hunt rather than gone shopping. What's especially remarkable is that every other dispensary seems to have figured out how to sell multiple products in a single transaction. Apparently, Nirvana has chosen to boldly reject such modern innovations. The security experience deserves special recognition as well. Nothing says "welcome, valued customer" quite like being stared down by a security guard standing around with his hand hovering near his firearm for an entire visit. It's hard to decide whether the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a dispensary, a prison yard, or a low-budget action movie. The overall vibe of the store is one of complete distrust toward the very people keeping the business open. Customers aren't treated like customers--they're treated like inconveniences that need to be processed through a series of checkpoints. What should have been a quick stop turned into a frustrating, time-consuming experience that left me wondering why anyone would choose to shop here more than once when there are countless alternatives that manage to provide better service, better organization, and a far more welcoming environment. If your goal is to maximize customer frustration while minimizing convenience, then I can confidently say mission accomplished. I sincerely hope management spends a day visiting literally any competing dispensary to see how a retail operation is supposed to function. I am a medical pt. who chooses not to renew my medical card. I farm and do not want to lose my priveledge, regarding. With that, I am brutal honest regarding my disability. I tip starting $20, my choice, I strongly rely on my Tender's help, in my selection... I tip up to $40, one visit. Last trip, my 'normal' tender, I seek out, at the end...showed me two selections. I did not check the stats. I got home 17% THC. That does not help... She evaded me, even though I tipped her $30, that fateful visit, on my next trip in. Seems like everyone treats this place like the DMV. I agree. Untrusting atmosphere with cameras and multiple, confusing lines. Most of the time it's overcrowded beyond occupancy limits. The budtenders are great, but management refuses to comply with medical marijuana discounts time and time again. If you're a medical patient, go elsewhere. Even accounting for expended gas traveling to the next town over, was cheaper to drive and get the legally required discount. read more

I will say if you don't like lines and you're impatient, don't go at the busiest time of day. 5 Star because they deserve ittt!! Ive been there probably 5 times now, 2 of the times the bud tenders were very talkative and friendly! The other 3 times it was just a quick in and out process!! Every time ive weighed my weed out its been right on the money or .02 grams over! You need to be strategic on when you pick up after 3pm there is alot of traffic, so the best time is 12-2pm its alot less busy! Love these guys they need more recognition! I dont know what day all these 1 Star reviews were taken, but i will continue coming here for the good deals! Ive never had any issues reported in these other comments! Could beee that, every time i have ordered i do pickup! Line is always shorter, and its all done and ready for me to pay for! Stopped giving this place my business a while back because every. Dang. Order. Was. Wrong. No joke, each time they've mixed up products, and after that happened twice I started checking the order before I left. Every time, it would be wrong and I'd have to have them fix it. I stopped going there months ago, but decided to give them another shot today. Bad plan. This is the last time I waste my money there. Even though the mixup is their fault, you can't exchange products for the correct one "due to covid reasons ". Funny, before COVID it was because of "policies". Seems like they listened to their reviews, entirely new staff, everything got cheaper and I was surprised at the quality for their price. So far, I've seen something new there everytime I went. Also, the products look better in person and I had alot more options. Their website doesn't show the product or even the brand very well compared to what they hand you in person. Good thing their new bud tenders knew what they were doing and I ended up with a recommended flower that I thought was top shelf but was shocked to hear it came out to $20. This is my new favorite dispensary in Tri-Cities! I don't understand why the ratings are so low. They're pricing is fair, they have a great points system (better than G2G), and all the budtenders are super helpful. They also have daily deals so depending on which day of the week you go in, you can get a discount on the weed you're buying! The daily deals can be found on their website if you're curious. Every time I go in, they recommend great products and are really friendly! They've helped me find my favorite brand of joints and concentrates. I have to drive 20 minutes from Kennewick to reach Nirvana but it's definitely worth the drive. I have yet to be disappointed by them. The only downside is that they only accept a horizontal ID. For me, that's never been an issue for me but I understand how that can be frustrating to many but Green 2 Go is still a nice alternative option if you are not able to get into Nirvana. But if you can go, go to Nirvana!! read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a few things online and after paying and leaving I noticed on the recipe said the wrong strain on it. So I checked and it was the wrong strain. There were two recipes one from the online order that was correct and the other recipe that wasn't correct. I walked back in after being outside less than 2 minutes and spoke with a "lead" names Alex. He kept saying, we made a mistake and people make mistakes, but offered no resolution and wouldn't exchange it with what I'd ordered.
