Normally I love this place I place my orders online walk in and pick up with little to no wait time!But I have had a couple of issues with them advertising deals and them not being available when I order so I point it out when I go in and show them proof of the deal and they honor it no problem,that was until today!i placed an order for Vapen chocolate bars as I often do when they are on special and right away I noticed they did not give me the discount on the order so no worries I order and figured it would be corrected when I picked up but no it was not and I asked the cashier and she said oh we took that deal down because this was the last two bars we had I said well ok but the deal is still currently up on the website and I showed her proof of that ! She still insisted that it was taken down so I asked to speak to a manager she said I am a manager but I will ask my boss! She then comes back and says ok I will honor the deal this time but we have helped you before so I am going to note that on the account so in the future you know !!! I said excuse me! So because I'm going to ask you to honor a sale/deal that you are currently advertising which I showed you proof by pulling up your website in front of you and showing you that it's still currently on there you're going to put a basic black mark on my account saying that I was getting a deal that wasn't valid?at that point I was so upset you are basically calling me dishonest or a liar for asking you to honor a deal which you currently have posted on your website (and currently still is 2 hours later) I have never asked for a discount or a freebie!! I have yes ordered items that were supposed to be on sale/deals via your website and when I went in to pick up they were not priced correctly and asked you guys to do the right thing by honoring them so for that reason I basically got blacklisted I had a note put on my files so whenever I go into your store the cashier is going to see that and I don't think that's fair I did nothing wrong and I was made to feel like I was lying or being dishonest and were trying to cheat your store in someway! I'm speechless. This was one of my go-to stores. But after today I have to be done with this store. I made an online pick-up order. After picking up, I saw that what they gave me was 10% lower THC that what I ordered online. I never had this problem here. When I went back, they told me they ran out at 26% so subbed me at 16%. But they didn't say anything before I checked out and handed over my $90. They didn't even apologize or acknowledge. The hubris was breathtaking. They finally said they'd give store credit minus the $17 taxes. I don't understand. They told me straight to my face they switched it out for something different that I didn't choose and then didn't tell me and now I'm helpless. They have my money, shame on me for being fooled. So if I can't trust the store, I'm not coming back. They'll probably delete or hide this review anyway. But if they don't, the lesson is ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. Don't trust them. It was my first time visiting his dispensary. I ordered online and got a text almost immediately that my order was ready. There was a short line on the medical and recreational side but it moved very quickly! The security guard manning the door was very friendly! Once inside I was greeted by Dominic, who gave me my total so I was able to get money from their in house ATM. Dominic was super kind and helpful! Just moved right next to this dispo so I was super excited to try it. I came in and bought two of the house carts, they were nice and cool and very helpful. Fast forward next day comes around hitting one of my carts and it had leaked all through my battery and when I went to hit it all came out of the top. (It also gave my throat a very weird soar feeling) I came in and they said I could exchange the one that leaked for something but that I had to have the receipt for the other one even tho the purchase was on my account history. I exchanged the one leaked cart for weed and decided to also buy some cones and an edible. Although they wouldn't take back the other cart with out a receipt even though it was on my account history and it was their house cart, I was still pleased with the exchange of at least the one although I was annoyed and could tell they were partially annoyed. I had gotten some flower and a 30- pack of cones. I go out to my car after the purchase look and the cones only had 14. Now usually not a big deal but seeing as I already had some issues and now had to go back in there AGAIN was quite embarrassing luckily a very lovely lady helped calm me but when I had come in the same guy annoyed before looked and told her I didn't even buy the 30 pack I bought a four pack all frustrated and I could tell. Not okay ,be frustrated but don't show at least in front of customers. Anyways I ended up asking for my money back and left very furious. I had written a review back on 7/10 but yelp had my location wrong lol. I am in Phoenix not San Fran! This location is incredible. Nicest people and great selection. I went on a big sale day(7/10) and they allowed me to buy extra sprinkle boxes over the limit bc I am having surgery in a week(back then it was supposed to be 7/19 but got rescheduled). The surgery is on my jaw and I won't be able to attempt to chew for at least 30 days so to help with pain sprinkle is ideal. They were so kind and understanding and I will definitely go there again. I've been living in CHRONIC pain, on 200mcg Fentanyl Patches, 15mg OxyCodone,10mg of Diazepam, 45mg Restoril(Temazepam) 21 YEARS that Exact regimen, once, after 3 years, we massaged the regimen and the above Opioids & Benzo. Knowing that our Mr McCain's highest priority is "Making AZ the Hardest and Harshest state in the country on "the now proven false figures to support a flimsy case of "Opioid Crisis, seems it isnt a crisis at all. Still getting used to Arizona dispensaries after coming from WA. This one seems to have the better reviews out of most. I find the selection still disappointing and lacking. Wish they had THC/CBD drinks. Twice I've been approached by someone trying to promote a new product. Not a fan of that. I would rather be approached by someone who works there so I can be in and out faster. Just had to stand there waiting for over 10 minutes while the two people working the floor were with the same people. Has to be a better system. Also if the security guard is going to shove his face right in mine as I walk in please wear a mask or don't hold the door. That's not a needed service.
