This has been my go to Indian restaurant for a couple years. It was way better than the alternatives. Now, the tikka masala sauce is not consistent. One day it is oily and thin... the next order it is creamy and perfect. The rice has been hit or miss. The rice I got tonight was not thoroughly cooked. When done right, it is great. Saw this went in, in place of East Wok right next to Walmart. Saw mostly good reviews for the most part, but decided to give it a go. We have tried some of the indian around the area, but we used to live in Chester County so we have had some pretty good indian food. With that being said, since we were unsure, we decided to only order two dishes and the Raita for now. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken (Chicken Makhani) and Raita (yogurt sauce). First off, the chicken in both dishes was super tender, and had a great grilled flavor. Which some of the other indian places in the area lack big time. You don't get that great grill flavor so that was fantastic! Going off of most places in the area, it was great pricing as well, great bang for your buck. For all of the food we ordered and the Raita it was about $30 total and of course it came with a heaping portion of rice. Rice was cooked well, just your typical basmati rice. The portion was great as well, we were stuffed! We will definitely be ordering again. Next time we will try to remember to post pictures. read more

I like most of their food items, and always enjoy the lunch buffet. Lately though I have gotten somewhat addicted to the chicken tikka masala, which when paired with a fresh naan, and a slice of onion with a little chutney, is pure heaven. I had a bad experience here when they first opened, which I'll chalk up in part to my inexperience as a vegan ordering Indian cuisine. I mistakenly believed the naan to be dairy free when in fact it is not. Since that initial experience, I have had several delicious meals (delivery via Delivery Dudes) that have been as healthy as they've been tasty. Yes, I do enjoy having lunch at this place a time or two every month. The buffet selection is always varied, the fresh naan complements everything so well, and It's a great healthy lunch instead of burgers and fries. Brought my mom here for mothers day. We were seated quickly. Ordered 2 different kinds of naan, the basic one was ok, didn't care for the garlic . My mom and I both ordered a shrimp dish in which the shrimp were rubbery and overcooked. Enjoyed the rice and tikki masala. read more

Their food is still good but they must have changed ownership or cooks several times in the last 2 years. I only get the Chicken Tikka Masala but I noticed it got progressively less tasty over the last 2 years. I used to eat there at least once a week but now I've only had their food once in the last year. It's a shame because whoever made the food when I left a review is an incredible cook. Amazing place. Went for lunch this afternoon. Food was just outstanding. My friend had chicken Biryani and I had yellow dal and rice. biryani was really tasty and best yellow dal I had after very long time. Owner was really friendly. The food is good and they have vegan options but I was a bit confused that they have dairy in their rice that is served with vegan entrees? Unless they change their recipe I won't be going back. Rice is a staple on a vegan diet and it goes really well with Aloo Gobi. read more

Excellent food. They give you a mild, medium, spicy or hot option. We chose spicy and it was flavorful with the perfect kick. The tandoori mushrooms were my favorite. Very clean, and water tastes filtered which is a plus. Chai was excellent, prices very reasonable. Our new favorite in the Reading area. read more

Delicious! We ordered several dishes to share and all were excellent. I think my favorite was the vegetable korma. We ordered everything medium spicy. My 2 dining companions thought it was just right or too spicy. I would have liked more spice. They brought some little chips which were probably mini papadums along with 3 sauces, all of which were excellent. We had 2 appetizers and they were the highlight of the meal; the cauliflower and the eggplant. All the servings were generous and each had its own delicate flavor. When asked how many slices does one order of naan have, he said "omg" and when asked what's the issue? his response was to "end the call".
