It is so incredibly creamy and I've tried many times to replicate it with no luck. The chicken is so tender and just melts in your mouth. The roti was a bit tough, but I had never had it before so I didn't really know what to expect going in. The naan was fantastic as always, and it held together well when I used it to scoop up the butter chicken and rice. The food truck is located in a little pod on a gravel parking lot. There are some parking spots but not a lot. I went on a cold and wet day so nobody else was there. The wait was long anyway, but I think that's pretty typical for food that is so fresh and hot.
