I got my usual butter chicken with a side of roti and another side of naan. The butter chicken is even better here than at the brick and mortar restaurant in Eugene, which I didn't think was even possible. It is so incredibly creamy and I've tried many times to replicate it with no luck. The chicken is so tender and just melts in your mouth. The roti was a bit tough, but I had never had it before so I didn't really know what to expect going in. The naan was fantastic as always, and it held together well when I used it to scoop up the butter chicken and rice. The food truck is located in a little pod on a gravel parking lot. There are some parking spots but not a lot. I went on a cold and wet day so nobody else was there. The wait was long anyway, but I think that's pretty typical for food that is so fresh and hot. It was the perfect thing to eat on a rainy day. I dream of the butter chicken from this food truck specifically and I cannot wait to go back again.

A while later I order to Kona's for my friend and I, a while later he comes over to tell me they are out of Kona, so I order 2 different beers, and as I am getting down to the end of my beer there's a shard of glass. I take this up to the bars and tell the guy and show him letting him know I think I swallowed a piece and they better check the dishwasher or something. The Barn at Hickory Station is a great addition to the community, offering a family-friendly environment where kids can run free in a large grassy area.
