There's also one guy always working (might be the manager?) who is just the nicest. Nirvana Tea House and Cafe is amazing. To begin with, the atmosphere is so welcoming and calming. Their food is incredibly fresh and there menu has so many options. I got the celestial caesar wrap but removed the edamame and it was delicious. I also got the stress less with adaptogenic ashwaganda tea and it was served hot and was so yummy to go with my meal. The staff was so nice and instead of a tip jar at the front, they actually are collecting donations to great non profit organizations which I think says a lot about the character of this cafe. Nirvana is the best local cafe / tea house / vegan & earth friendly place to go on the south shore! Their food makes you forget it's vegan to begin with thanks to their bold flavors and freshness with every single ingredient they use. They are also gluten free friendly with plenty of options from their menu. I have started to try everything they have and with a gluten and dairy allergy, I have never been more impressed! They really take their time to cater to you and always check in even though most cafe's wouldn't, plus they make you feel more than welcome! It's absolutely worth trying even if you're not vegan, it's just that good! Their seating areas are all extremely comfortable, including their private table in the corner where you take your shoes off! Very intimate for private conversations & they have outdoor seating. A bonus is the local businesses they support selling organic / toxin free goodies like soaps and their own tea to go! They actually don't take tips and do one better - they have 3 organizations you can donate your "tips" to at the register, such as habitat for humanity or the local food pantry and more. I Had brunch at nirvana today with my sister and 1 year old nephew and I was blown away. The menu is not only amazing but so healthy. The tea selection is superb ( I am not a tea person but the ones I tried, including the lattes made me a fan)! My 1 year old nephew loved the lentis ( we all did but I was surprised he loved them so much). I didn't get a picture of the wraps, but you have to try them; it is one of my favorites!
