Overall they usually have a good selection, but since my favorite sports teams are considered the secondary teams in the area they usually do not carry a lot of options for me. I have never really had any issue with service, it's just hats and their have what you want or they don't. Things can sell out quick, like some of the Dodgers WS hats, but they are always good about referring you to the Lids website or helping you search at another store location.

He helped me find the size I needed and gave me some info on another hat I was looking for. I also overheard him on the phone (another customer looking for World Series hats). He told them about store policy on the special items (no holds, first come only) but have him suggestions on how to try and score one. Not everyone has that customer service spirit, but this person definitely did. Considering the juxtaposition of my experience at the other store, it made me want to write a review. The staff refused to exchange or refund a pair of shorts even though we shopped there often which I thought was pretty ridiculous at the time even with receipt on hand. After the years went by I had finally returned and didn't let that one bad visit stop me from purchasing from their shop again. Since then I haven't had any issues and I still continue to shop here. They do have quality clothing, their pro club shirts are nice quality and they have all the Levi colors and sizes I usually wear. The dickies are always stocked up and their jackets are nice as well. I also buy my hats from them once in a while. The hat selection is not huge but they do have some decent style hats from time to time. Since the last visit I have decided to change my review from 1 star back up to 4 star.
