Horrible example of how to operate a small business, today was supposed to be the first cleaning…read more As explained in our first conversation I had to take my youngest to school and would be home right at 9am. As directed by Stacy (the owner of oregon green clean) the cleaner shows up early and parks down in front of my neighbors home and sits in the car. I should also let you know that we live on a private dead end rd and we have had a run of packages stolen off of the porches on our street, so as I am getting my son in the car to take him to school (8:48) I see someone sitting in a car on the side of the rd that I have never seen before. So I naturally get a little worried about what they are there for. As I said they are parked in front of my neighbors home. So ran back in to my house and let my dogs in the house just Incase this was a prowler waiting until I left. I have 3 pit bulls, youngest is 9 and the oldest is 13, none of which have ever had any issues with any human or animal in there life. However, when the cleaner walked to the door while no one was home, the dogs came to the window and started barking and intimidated the cleaner. (Because she waited until no one was home to come to the door.)The cleaner then called her boss(Stacy). Stacy then called me and told me that I never told her I had pitbulls, and that I told her I have old dogs that wouldn't be around the cleaner. I tried to explain to her the only reason she saw them was because she came to the door while I was gone, even though she watched me leave before she came to the door. I doubt Stacy heard anything I said as she was constantly trying to interrupt or talk over me. I tried to explain the kind of dogs these were and they are doing their job. She's interrupts me and says " if you have pit bulls in your house, you might as well tell us you want us to work around loaded guns." Then proceeded to yell at me about the types of dogs I own and how they are dangerous, keep in mind she has never been to my house or even seen me or my dogs. I explained to her that my dogs breed is no more important than what my nationality is. Especially when your cleaner won't even be around them. She said I was wrong and continued to argue with me. Once I came to the realization that I am trying to defend my home and dogs against someone who has never been here and has no importance to me or my family, I just said "nevermind, I have no interest in hiring a company that treats people like this". She replied with" sir, you can't fire someone that has already quit." So in the end, my loving family dogs who have raised 3 kids and 2 cats and 2 bunnies are evil house cleaner killing monsters and caused Stacy to call and yell at me about my dogs and stop a service that hasn't started yet, nor give the chance. I have had other cleaning companies in the past, none of which ever had an issue with my dogs. It is sad how ignorant people can be. I would never recommend any company Stacy is responsible for, I am not a dr. , but by the small conversation I had with the cleaner as I apologized countless times for her being put in this position, she looked at me and said "it's ok, she gets upset and frustrated really easy. Then proceeded to tell me about a time Stacy got upset at her to the point she almost quit, because she got a flat tire on her way to a clients house... really sad. I have had to ask them to vacuum under beds. under sofas, how to dust (don't use the same cloth that you put oil on to clean wood and then use it to clean glass or brass or other objects that shouldn't have oil on it.) I found working with the owner very difficult, as it was hard to share my concerns without the owner stating and restating her policies, which basically was how much time to clean a bedroom, or bathroom, or stating that bringing in the cleaning products, taking them out, and conferencing with the owner was all included in the cleaning time. Only one house cleaner showed any initiative. I also was not aware until I questioned why things didn't look as good as when I used my own products that everything was environmentally friendly. However, while that may be true, the floors were never really clean. and so on. Again, don't use them as a service, in my opinion. It's not worth the hassle or the money. If I could use negative stars to rate them, I would.

Or so we thought he did. We have to get additional mitigation out to correct his elementary work. There was a lot of moisture in the areas he claims to have mitigated. Please note: He falsely advertises he is licensed on Angi's list. Our discovery of his inexperience showed Daniel had an expired CCB license for over a year. He ripped us off and did not do the job he was hired for. There's a reason he has older reviews and nothing within the last four years. I advise anyone who comes across this review to look elsewhere. He will harass you nightly over the phone or for nothing at all. He will also reinforce his "customer service" and perform at a poor/mediocre level of service. Do not trust a word this man says. His "25 years of experience" claims are far from the truth. He will waste your time, money, and patience.
