I got a take out and it was pretty good..So far the best Chinese restaurant that I have ever had food from in Selma/Smithfield area

I've gone here 3 times in the last 2 days and tried something different every time. First time it was the sesame chicken (it tasted great, my only complaint was the first and the last piece of broccoli tasted chemically; as if it hadn't been washed), sweet and sour chicken, and general tsos chicken. Every order had cheese wontons. Every time I went, it was different times of the day, and the longest I waited was no more than 12 minutes, so the service is on point. No bells. No whistles. Just hot food. Ready in 10 minutes. I've never been disappointed with food from here. My shrimp could have been spicier. But heh, that's a small thing. Not much more to say. It's a dive in a neighborhood that is consistent and reliable. read more

There aren't a lot of Chinese food choices in Smithfield, but I would order again here. I especially liked the fried dumplings. They had a thin wrapper unlike other places where the wrapper is too thick and the sauce was perfect. read more

atmosphere is great, cashier is very friendly. bf got the sesame chicken no vegetables & i got the dragon & phoenix chef's special. im slightly disappointed with the amount of shrimp , i got like 5 pieces & they were like falling apart? tasted perfectly fine. im not sure what these white vegetables are, & there are alot. way too much for me, quite firm & large, id rather have broccoli. also the shrimp was not "mixed in" with the general tso's sauce which was also disappointing, obviously i dipped it myself in the excess sauce but i thought itd be way different. the chicken is fine aswell. bf liked his. they also gave us a free egg roll, pretty nice. im just really disappointed with my dish, i wish there were more shrimp especially for 15$, besides that everything is great. read more

I did not dine at this location. I called to place an order for carry out/pick up. However, the male employee who answered the telephone seemed to be angry because I asked him to tell me the price difference between the small and large chicken lo mein. Also, there were no customers inside the restaurant when I drove past. Regardless, I do not recommend this place. Customer service speaks volumes. read more

They are rude and the food is mediocre. I will never eat here again. Bourbon chicken literally looks like chopped up dog and the meat didn't have much sauce and it was dry.... Thanks to the internet I knew what we wanted to order before I called and I saw the order being finished as I walked in. The gentleman behind the counter didn't ask for a number or a name but rather a description of the order. Doesn't seem ideal but we got our food. He was not overly friendly and did not chit chat with me at all, but as I did not arrive to meet my new bff or to have my ego stroked, this was not an issue. We had the sesame chicken, pepper beef and onion, egg rolls, spring rolls and crab rangoon. It all tasted fresh was was still hot. Flavor was good. I doubt they will win any Michelin stars but I was not expecting that level any nor did I pay for such a dish at this time. We will return next time we need our Chinese food fix in Smithfield! read more

Lady couldn't add or customize anything.... I wanted to add shrimp to one order and add jalapeños, peppers, red chilies basically ANYTHING that would make my other order "spicy" but she just looked at me like I was dumb. Food was ok... like decent but yeah... sorry to be negative but all reviews can't be sunshine and flowers. (Younger lady same as above was rude) so ok food, Bad service, and decent atmosphere could use some more cleaning. read more

I'm so disappointed in this establishment. This was my favorite go-to Chinese restaurant within a 5 mile radius. I ordered black pepper chicken combo. The service was quick, a little too quick. It literally took all of 3 minutes and that is due to the egg roll cooking. I observed them opening a container of pre-fried chicken for sweet n sour chicken, sprinkling in some sauteed onions and pepper. This was IT. Absolutely gross, I didn't argue, I brought it home to let the animals feast and they turned it down. read more

Horrible food the egg roll had so much grease on it that it took 5 minutes to get it off my hands.They are very nasty people to deal with they do not say thank you or anything like we are doing them a favor by getting food off them.
