I went to this nail salon after going to a few in the area. I was very satisfied with my experience at this salon. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was pretty full. I immediately checked in and was seated only 1-2 minutes after I walked into the door. The woman helping me, Nguyen, offered me something to drink. She was quick, friendly, and did a great job on my pedicure. The woman doing my manicure, Alice, was equally great. I asked her to reshape my nails to an almond shape and she did them so perfectly. I also asked for some flowers and she was able to execute these so well. She took her time to really make the petals look nice and match the color of the gel that I chose. All in all I would say it was not the best experience. I took three stars off because of the following: 1. I've never had a nail shop use the dirty water in the bowl to rinse the body scrub off my legs, during a pedicure. Usually they use the mini hose attached to the bowl. Instead she used the mini hose to rinse my feet and the bowl itself when she drained the water. I'm happy we have showers and lockers at my job bc I showered and changed as soon as I clocked in. 2. The "Deluxe" pedicure was supposed to include a "hot stone" massage. Instead she just massaged my legs with her hands for 6 mins and wrapped my legs in warm towels. I guess to cook the dirty water into my legs, idk! But had I known you didn't have any stones, I would've just gotten the basic pedicure with gel for $55, instead of opting for the Deluxe with gel for $65. You should've told me when I chose "Deluxe" you didn't have the stones. If you did have the stones why weren't they used? 3. Lastly, it is so rude to gather with other technicians and giggle and talk about your customers. That's just rude. Don't assume someone isn't fluent in your language, especially when providing a service to that person. That is so disrespectful. So there you have it. Definitely will NOT be returning. Originally went in on Friday 8/7 and one of the male techs (Will), did my set but unfortunately I wasn't the happiest with them and left a negative review. Well, that review was seen and Will actually reached out to me via text and sincerely apologized and let me know I can come back in within 10 days to have them fixed to achieve my desired result. I also expressed that I've previously had not-so-good experiences with male techs (idk why!) and he suggested Julie to me whenever I wanted to come back in and get my nails fixed. So today, 8/10, I went back and Julie tended to me very well. :) She took her time and was very attentive to detail and I felt taken care of. Very pleased with my second time here. :) I think she will be my go-to for my next time. Also shout out to Will-- you're a sweet guy and thanks again for reaching out and apologizing and addressing me when I came back into the salon today. :) I've never had a tech personally text me and apologize-- huge respect from me for that. Went in for a fill but quickly realized water set in. Their new tech, Alice, quickly talked me down and helped me out. We did a new acrylic overlay set with a fun pink glitter gel coat. This was my first time at nail house. Overall, the salon is very clean, however, my experience wasn't so great and the quality of work was not as expected. For my pedicure, I got the package that comes with champagne or a drink but I was never offered a beverage. It was awkward having to ask for it. The tech working on my pedicure had to siphon water out of the soaking tub because it was too hot. That was a little strange too. The massage was also just caressing my skin with no real pressure. It was not satisfying for how much the package cost. My pedicure also chipped soon after my pedicure. For my gel manicure, I asked for a pink natural look. I showed the tech the picture but ended up with a sheer look which is not what I asked for. Within a week, the manicure is already chipping at the edges. I was surprised because I've never had a gel manicure chip or peel like this (see photo). I really wanted to like this salon because it's in a good location and the salon is clean, but the quality was disappointing for how much I paid. read more

I have gone here twice now for pedicures and I would say they are quite amazing!! Everyone is very nice that I have interacted with so far and most customers seem very happy. They have what I would say is very fair pricing for what you are getting and have a large scale of pedicure levels to chose from. My only thing I'd say is have time because they do take their time which I don't mind and I assume if I didn't get regular polish and a service with an 8 minute massage it would probably have been about a hour for service which is really great. I came in for a full set and was immediately impressed by how clean and nice the salon was. Check in was done through a touchscreen where you select the service and nail style you want. A receipt prints out, and you hold onto it until it's time to pay. I was seen right away, which I appreciated. I showed the nail tech a photo of the look I wanted, a milky nude to white ombré. She came close, though I wish the white had been a bit clearer. Still, she did a decent job overall, and it's rare to find someone who can truly match your vision. My receipt listed $60 for the ombré overlay, but when it was time to pay, I was told there was an additional $15 charge for the ombré. That was confusing since I had selected everything correctly during check in. The place is definitely on the pricier side. While it was a nice experience to try once, the inconsistent pricing is a dealbreaker for me. I'll be going elsewhere next time. read more

I was nervous to try out The Nail House after the closure of Pink n Nails, but i'm so glad I took the chance. Their customer service, interior decor, and ambiance is great. I booked an online appt via the link in their instagram bio which made the process super convenient. I went in for a fill with Brian who was very nice and thorough with his work. He checked in with me throughout the appt to ensure I liked the shape, length, color & design of each nail before completing the set. I paid $110 including tip which wasn't bad given the amount of time and effort that went into each nail. Overall, I def recommend! read more

Came in last Saturday. My daughter got a full set of gelx nails. He was pushy on the gelx; I honestly didn't ask if it was more expensive than acrylic. It was her birthday gift, so I was ok with splurging. They told us they have a guarantee if anything happens to the nails. We went in today because one chipped and one fell off. There was miscommunication and the female employee who was assigned to my daughter became frustrated with her and passed her off to the male technician after a frustrated "ugh!" And no explanation as to why she would no longer help her. Then the male technician was explaining to his client what was happening with my daughter and my daughter felt like they were trying to make her look like a Karen. The client he was helping even said "did she leave yet?" Thinking my daughter had left after they moved her seat. My daughter just wanted to walk out of there. All because.... 1. When she sat down we all understood that they would fix the missing and broken nail. 2. Then, My daughter asked if they could shorten her nails. The lady agrees and after making one shorter then tells her well I can only shorten the ones without the gems. If I shorten the one with gems I'd have to take it off and put a new nail because you can't file gems down and I'm going to charge you 30-40. I wasn't will to pay that to replace 2 nails, so I told my daughter to keep the length. The thing is, this could've all been prevented if the first nail tech would've explained that from the beginning; not after the fact. I already had to go out of my way to take her back for a missing nail and cracked nail that were put on 7 days ago; only to make us feel like Karens. read more

I came into The Nail House as a walk in for a mani pedi and was seated in about 15 minutes which was super quick. Although I was lucky, I'd definitely recommend making an appointment since it gets busy and they do prioritize those with reservations. Brian did my manicure and Cici did my pedicure and both were amazing. I got Gel X for my mani and Brian gave me a bunch of suggestions on what would look best for the wedding I'm going to. I'm a classic person so I usually stick to a simple French design, but I noticed they had so many other designs and options to choose from if you like to be creative with your nails. Brian also coordinated the timing with Cici so I wouldn't have to wait around between services which I really appreciated. Cici was quick with her hands but still so detail oriented. She did my French pedi and made sure the lines were even, and I loved that she didn't hesitate to redo anything she wasn't happy with. You can tell she takes pride in her work and it showed. On top of that, the staff here is extremely friendly and the service is really thoughtful. They asked what temperature I wanted the water for my foot soak and even checked if I needed water while I was getting everything done. It made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. honestly, you could never go wrong with this place. I got a full set multiple times from different Nail techs at this place. And all of them are equally as good. The set I recently got was from Cici. She was amazing and she took her time and she made sure throughout the whole process that I was satisfied. She gave me different options either to go a little darker or stay where I'm at, and honestly the fact that she gave me another option to shows how considerate she is if you need a full set, I would say go to Cici . And don't even get me started about the pedicure. I had some bad experiences with pedicures, Amy took her time. And I remember going for a pedi with her before. She remembered me and remembered that I wanted a mimosa lol. Not just that she really takes her time and make sure that everything is to your liking. She will be honest if your nails are too short. And give you options on how you can achieve what you would like. I like how she communicated with me and let me know what options I had. both did absolutely amazing. This location used to be Pink N Nails, where I went for many years. The new ownership remodeled, but kept the basis the same. I like the new space and they always have so many nail technicians available. It's still one of the most convenient nails salons in the area for me. It's large and accommodating. It took me a few visits before I decided on one or two nail techs that I like, which is always hard when getting nails down anywhere. When you find someone who can do your nails well, you stick with them for as long as you can! Pricing is always good, but I've only ever gotten an acrylic fill here; very standard and not overpriced like other places. They offer water and soft drinks which has always been a nice touch. Check them out if you ever need to get your nails done. They're very modern, especially with their online booking that makes things so much easier than having to call and ask for prices over the phone. 10/10 service and quality. read more

The interior decorating is also well done and I appreciate the creativity. The shop has good ventilation, which you definitely want in a salon. However, you may encounter dishonest business practices. The service I paid for was listed as $60 when I made the appointment, and the website still lists that price as of this writing. Today when they rung me up they increased the price to $65 without updating the website. The price increased over 8% for no reason!!! Deceptive. Unsure if I'll return. read more

This is the second time i come here, the first time i feel like i got a good price, there was no wait and the aesthetic was nice. I did my eyebrows and French tip gel manicure all for $90. Those nails lasted me the whole month! That's how good they worked on them, that's why i felt like the price was good. This time around, i only got a French tip gel manicure which cost $60 + any added tip. The lady was nice so i gave her $15 tip after she was done. However, my nails didn't even last 1 day and the paint on one of the nails chipped! I got them done on Wednesday cus I needed them for the weekend and had no time to back to get it fixed cus the holidays came in fast. The weekend comes and the other nails chipped! This has never happened to me with gel nails! At least not the first two weeks. Needless to say, i don't think i can go back after this incident. The price isn't worth it to me nor the quality. Added note, my nails were pretty long and she filed them pretty short, something else i didn't like, and all my nails were abt the same length. I also took my grandma to get her pedicure done and when they were done they didn't tell her she was good to go or if she needed anything else; they didn't even offer her anything to drink. This is a review I really dislike doing but if it helps anyone to avoid my plight then here goes. Everyone working at The Nail House was very nice and professional. I had a deluxe pedicure and nail dip done. Two days later the nail dip was peeling off and my nails were breaking. I was offered a redo of the dip but opted to have the dip product removed and have a simple manicure done. The dip was removed but water never touched my hands for the manicure. I left with uneven and cracked nails, after asking several times to cut them all the way down because they were splitting and uneven. Ken was the technician both times and told me the dip solution was old. I believe it was lack of experience. read more
