Found this place on Yelp because my daughter has her senior photos tomorrow and we needed to get her brows cleaned up. Based on the reviews, it sounded like they did a really good job, so we decided to give them a try. Threading is only $12 which is a great price. When we got there, we tapped the bell and a lady came out and asked what service we needed. We told her my daughter needed eyebrow threading before her senior pictures. She sat my daughter down and asked what look she wanted. We basically just said to clean them up and shape them to fit her face naturally. My daughter was nervous since she thought threading might hurt or that she could get nicked, but she said it actually wasn't very painful at all and there were no nicks! Definitely way faster and better than plucking. Her brows came out really nice and natural. We'll definitely be back for her next threading appointment. They also offer Henna, and the sample pictures they had displayed looked really beautiful and detailed. read more

Never experienced such a horrible event in my life. Keep in mind, my eyebrows are already tatted, so you pretty much already have a guide. Went it, and after the lady finished my eyes, I told her that my left lower side was not straight and she attempted to fix it and made my left eyebrow so THIN! That you can see my tattoo. Went I complained to the manager, she couldn't do much about it. And the manager told me that I told the lady to make it thin, now why would I want my left eye only thin, when I said I want it straighter. Never again! read more

I still continue to come here about once a month for threading services - eye brows and upper lips. I love it when the one gal whose chair is to the far left is working - which is almost always. Small space, but now they added a 3rd chair. But it's rare that there will be even two of them threading even though there's a gal taking payments. Not sure why she doesn't help take threading clients when there's 4 people waiting. But still reasonably priced and my brows are always great when I leave. read more

I've been getting my brows done at this place for years! It's convenient that they take walk-ins and most of the time I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes. My brows look good after, but because they take walk-ins, I don't always get the same lady and so there are inconsistencies with how my brows look despite always saying that I'm in for clean up only. But most of the time, my brows look clean. :) The photo below is how my brows looked after my most recent visit, done by Kulwinder. She did amazing and was very gentle, so I barely felt any pain. Brow threading is now $12, +$1 if you're paying with card. Overall, I think that's a reasonable price considering it's quick and convenient, and they do a pretty good job. :) read more

I found this place while back home in the Bay Area for Christmas. They were well reviewed and seemed trust worthy. When the woman who was doing my eyebrows was done and showed me the results, my eyebrows were butchered. They looked unfinished, the ends were messed up, my arch was plucked too thin, it was insane. She said she could fix them but I was too scared to have her touch my face again. I walked out and went to Brows + Beauty Lab who fixed my eyebrows at a discount price given what I experienced at Heena. I'm not sure if maybe I just went to someone who was inexperienced or what it is but I was genuinely shocked at the end result. I've never had my eyebrows this ruined in my life. I've been going to Heena Beauty and Threading for years now and it's honestly always been a great spot for eyebrows. They never once messed up on my eyebrows and the they're quite cheap compared to some spots that charge 15 or 16 dollars for eyebrows. The staff is always nice and prices are good. Walk ins only here for brow threading. $10 for the service and they accept card. I waited around 10 min or less as there were 2 customers in front of me. It's very small and cramped so I'm not sure how it would go if there are a lot of people waiting. She asked if I am here for brow cleanup and I said yes. Halfway through she asked if I wanted upper lips done as well. I declined because I can do that myself at home. I think it would be extra charge though but I didn't ask. She also trimmed some of the hairs after treading. She asked if I wanted aloe Vera gel and I said yes. It was a nice gel and very soothing. Overall I liked the service done! I haven't had my brows threaded in a while and I'm glad I finally got to try this place after being recommended by a friend so many years ago. read more

I always leave satisfied with the shape of my brows, though the process is a bit longer than I am accustomed to elsewhere, and a lot more painful. So, this place had solid reviews and it was close so I went in on a whim. They messed up my brows so bad I had two random strangers also ask me what happened to them. I even told the lady who was doing my brows, thick which is pretty standard and self explanatory. My only guess is that she screwed up on one brow and overcompensated it. If I could give this place no star I would. I have came here for about a year. Then I believe they went under new management. I went to get my eyebrows done today . They looked good but then I noticed some hairs that needed to be removed. I went back and she made my left eye brow so thin. I asked her why she made it thin. I had just asked her to remove those hairs. The owner walked in I let her know where happened. I let her know I was upset . I will not be coming back here. I think there's a language barrier and it's hard to communicate. There was a girl that walked in to get her eyebrows done, she heard everything. And then she walked out. Rushed and messy work. I've come here a few times when I need my eyebrows threaded in a pinch and don't have time to make an appointment at my usual place. The last few times I've come in, I feel like they rush through the process. Every time I ask for them to shape my eyebrows, they do a rough job cleaning them. Afterwards, they just slap on some gel on my brows without even attempting to brush off the plucked eyebrow hairs off my face.
