On Dec. 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. I had an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed. She was careful not to remove not too much of my eyebrow, just like I asked her. She did such a great job on my eyebrows that I returned later that same day and I got a facial. I am so happy with the facial. I had a lot of blackheads and whiteheads that she cleaned. But I recently moved to South Bay, and I was having a hard time finding a lash place because I know the style that I like, and it makes me pretty picky about lash extension. I had previously been going to an eyelash studio in Willow glen for the past few years for extensions and was always underwhelmed by their inconsistent service. I was so fed up and needed to try somewhere new. When I found Bao, there was a dramatic difference in quality of my lashes and how long they lasted. She will go as dramatic as you'd like with the extensions, but I stick to a more hybrid version and it's so beautiful and natural for everyday. I get compliments on how nice my lashes so frequently!! I'm disappointed in my eyelash extension job... Wasted of $$$$. My first time in the salon and I had a morning appt with Boa Le. It started out ok... Afterwards, I looked in mirror and it the passed initially. In my car mirror, I noticed couple laheses has fallen & rested various places on face. Of course I followed care instructions (not my first rodeo). However throughout the day falling in eyes, etc. Next morning I text pics to Boa. Got done on March 16. By March 23 my lashes are almost bare. I'm not trusting Boa Le and her abilities at this point and will not go back to Boa Le. However, I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. It's too easy for some people to take advantage. Also, I'm considering filing a small claims case in Milpitas. However because I didn't trust Boa Le a second time because of our back & forth. Consequently, I no longer trusted her Save your $$$$. read more
