Had lunch with my friend. Got pho and spicy edaname . Overall, this was a very pleasant lunch experience and I look forward to returning and sampling more of the menu.

This was a redemption meal if I've ever had one. Finally retuned to give the pho a chance, and am so glad I did! The broth was tangy and flavorful, the steak was cut perfectly thin so it cooked beautifully in the soup, and the proportion of noodles to other ingredients was just right. I also tried the chicken gyoza, which were tasty, with pleasant notes of lemongrass. The edamame were edamame, but a generous portion of them and not over-cooked. The pho really hit the spot and was exactly what I needed tonight. I will be back next time the craving hits!

Robert has done it again! Lemongrass is his new concept at the Stanley Market, this time he is dishing up some great Vietnamese. We typically stop by Misaki after work and lemongrass is now in my rotation if I want good consistent pho. Other places that I do say are better are not feasible to get after my long shift at the hospital but this is a safe bet. I had the Bun bo hue and regular pho and both are a solid 4 out of 5. My one gripe is that they do use the same noodles for all of their soups. Typically you would use the rounder, chewier rice noodles in the bun bo hue, so in the end it's more like a spicy pho rather than your authentic bun bo hue. The broths are rich and salty which I like. The meats and meatballs that accompany it are succulent. With winter rolling through, I highly recommend checking this place out. Robert is well known at Stanley market and is always up for a quick chat, thanks for the service!

The Pho is great, wonderful broth, plenty of beef, really hits the spot. Robert the owner is as charming as ever. I love the order at the counter service because you don't have to wait for the check at the end, the food comes out very quickly. But, the Poke Bowl??!! My husband ordered that on our second visit, I typically find poke to be over dressed and the fish tough, but not at Lemongrass. The yellowtail that my husband ordered was tender, lightly dressed, but still yummy and plentiful. The avocado was fresh, the edamame were cooked perfectly and the portion was big. This was an amazing lunch and I cannot wait to go back. Robert has done it again!

Server was nice and ambience is great but the food is downright pitiful. If you are Asian or have any semblance of what Asian food should taste like avoid here. My curry was actually just brown water. The pho is okay but the meat quality is a lot worse than many other cheaper alternative places.

Robert's done it again! His second restraint @ Stanley Marketplace. This theme includes poke and Pho. The food is delicious, just as you would expect. This is in the original location of his other restaurant, Miami Sushi which moved to another location in Stanley Marketplace.

Service was good but the brisket was chewy with chunks of fat. The price of a large pho for a small being in Stanley market. Disappointed.

My vietnamese blood cannot be picky about thìs place. We live 10 min from Asia central in federal and food here hands down beat most of our favorites. We ordered 1) clay pot fish (bone in). Huge portion. Worth it. And the flavor is authentic. 2) shaken beef. Tender. 3) to go salad combo. Even good the next day 4) bun Bo vermicelli. My hub said the best in Denver he had and he had a few 5) lotus wonton. My picky toddler liked it. 6) lemonade lychee. They were so sweet even gave my 2 yo extra lychee when I asked so she can behave in her chair Overall highly recommend. Wish they were closer to us but it's a great place

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

The broth was on the lighter side and lacked depth, and the chicken itself was dry and a bit tough to chew. The vegetable egg rolls were disappointing, they were mushy on the inside and tasted like they were straight from the freezer. The Thai tea was the highlight. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service was a bit hit or miss. It was busy when I came in, which is understandable, but when I went up to pay, I was ignored while the woman at the counter continued talking with her family. Another staff member eventually stepped in to help me. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not one that would bring me back.

The vibe is warm and relaxed with low lighting and volume. You can choose from booths or a table. The booth was firm yet soft and not worn out or peeling. I ordered the pho with rare steak and two beef ribs. It was only $16 compared to $32 when I order that in Cali. My fiance got pho with well done brisket. The first thing she commented on was how delicious the broth is. It's golden, warm, and savory like a big hug for your insides. I'm picky with my pho broth and this place is on point. I've been in Central California for the past 6 years, so it was great to finally have some PHOnomenal pho. My fiance loves sandwiches and never had a banh mi, so we ordered the grilled beef and it was . She loved it so much that she ordered one to go.

The ube latte was perfectly sweet with a strong ube flavor. The crème brûlée cruffin had a top that was so crispy from the toasted sugar that I couldn't cut into it, and the bottom was just stuffed full of cream. It was super messy to eat and impossible to share- next time I am getting my own. We also had the pandan coconut cupcake, which was good but not as exciting as the cruffin. The pandan and coconut were both equally strong flavors- I liked it better than my husband did. The Thai tea cake in a cup was also excellent, but outshone by the cruffin. They were out of a few other things we wanted to try by 11am on a Saturday, so get there early if you want something specific. The gentleman running the counter was very friendly and efficient, even when they were busy. Seriously, get the crème brûlée cruffin. I know I will be back for it.

I think I built it up in my head so it sat on a pedestal from all the buzz I've heard. Everything was fine but again, expected something wow worthy. We came here for lunch, love that everything is to go. I was sad to see the traditional cold cut banh mi sold out for the day I pivoted and went with lemongrass pork sandwich. Similar fixing to banh mi, it tasted fine but the pork was rough and tasted ok. They have gorgeous pastries and Vietnamese coffee drinks, I would come back for one of those. We split a cup of cakes (cute!), Boston Thai Tea. Flavor was spot on and appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. I would stop here again if I was in the area and needed a banh mi but don't see that happening. I would rather go to Federal or Aurora for one with more flavor.
